Love the convenience of this, however, it gets ice build up in the back and it's extremely annoying! Removed it once but it came back. Wish it was a tiny bit larger to hold my water bottles (with sport cap) Otherwise, it's pretty quiet and does the job.

I bought this to keep my insulin in so I don't have to tromp all the way to the kitchen when I need to inject. For that it might be a little bit larger than I need, but I like that it keeps things nice and cold, and I'm using the extra space to keep a bottle of water next to me at my desk. It actually makes the water colder than when I put it in the refrigerator, which surprised me. The one drawback is that it does generate some frost inside, so now and then I need to unplug it and let it defrost. To me that's not a big deal, and I'm happy with how cold it keeps things. I notice that it will also hold a bottle of beer nicely, if that matters to you. ... show more

    • Great mini fridge - Broke after 9 months but great customer service!
Update 06/22/2022: Contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement after I sent them a video verifying that the old one had failed. Replacement was at no cost and came within a week! Great customer service! Update 06/08/2022: It worked great for about 9 months until developing problems. A few months ago, the fridge started to make a buzzing/grinding sound after I would bump or move it. At first, the noise would go away after switching the power off and back on a few times. Now it has got to the point where it always makes the noise no matter what I do. It doesn’t keep drinks cold or hot any longer. I have contacted Ommo to request a replacement and will update the review when I hear back from them. Original review: I really like this mini fridge. I wanted one that kept its drinks really cold, not just cool. It gets drinks down to around regular fridge temperatures, which is exactly what I was wanting. It took about 3 hours for two cans of soda and two water bottles to become cold enough to feel “refrigerated,” but got even colder when I left them in there for longer. It’s a good size, it doesn’t feel too small at all. I don’t really need more space than for a couple water bottles and soda cans, and it works great for those. I haven’t used it in the car yet, and I haven’t tried heating anything up in it, but I did run the heat mode with nothing in it and it got nice and warm. I did a fair bit of research before buying this mini fridge, and I’m really glad I went with this one. ... show more

I've been keeping my edibles in here, and this little guy has been keeping everything cool. Condensation forms when you run the cooler long enough, but so far no ice. Easy enough to wipe out with a towel. Love how easy it is to turn off when I don't want the noise or the light. Kinda wish the switches were easier to get to, maybe on top. This is very small and bulky. When it says it holds 8 cans they are those small mini-size cans, not the traditional 12 oz. I buy water in the small mini size too. I like to take water with me whenever I leave the house. What we do is cool it down inside before leaving, then plug it into the back seat of my car to keep my water cold while I’m doing errands or whatever. This works for me and eliminates using the automobile battery up to pre-cool the unit. I like it and got it on sale. Update 9/10/21: Okay so I already said what I said about this thing, I've had it for almost a month and it blows my mind how cold things can get being stored in this tiny fridge. Now, my reason for this update is today I had a red bull stored in there since yesterday; didn't touch it til now and I felt something real cold behind my drink. To my surprise, it was ice forming on the center and that surprised the hell out of me; this thing is really worth the money. I'll come come back with an update to see how it holds up. It's still brand new but gotta know if it can hold up without any problems or anything shorting out. Those of you who are reading this for 1st time, don't hesitate; buy it. First let me just say that I was highly skeptical of this thing, my first impression on this thing was the size; kind of threw me off a bit because I thought it was a little wider than I thought but that's alright. I bought this to put in some beverages while I'm doing some gaming because I hate making trips to the kitchen (especially when everyone's asleep) so I decided to get me this and keep it right next for whenever I want to drink something. The exhaust fan is super quiet, you can turn everything off in your room and you probably won't even know it's on. The temperature for cooling beverages is fantastic; I've seen a couple of reviews saying "NoT cOlD eNoUgH" what do you expect, it's a tiny fridge. If you can't afford to have a traditional mini fridge in your room, this thing is a better alternative. ... show more
