We received our ice maker, set it up and it didn’t work. I contacted the company, they asked for pics. I sent them pics and the diagnosed the machine with a problem. They immediately wrote back, stated their apologies and sent us a brand new machine. This took course over a period of maybe 4/5 days. The machine was delivered 2 days after they said they would ship us a new one. The customer service was impeccable. The machine does exactly what it’s supposed to do. This company is horrible. We ordered an ice machine. We got a new one wrapped nicely. Then after hooking it up the compressor fell out of it. Thru sparks everywhere. Smoked up the whole room. Requested a new one. First they wanted us to pay to ship the busted one. I said no way!! So they say they would send us a new one and we could destroy the old one. Joke was on us. They send a used one that still had the hoses hooked up. The whole front panel is broken off. Never even bothered to take it out of the box. Called Amazon and yeah you guessed it. We have to pay to send one of them back..... Do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from this company. They really need to allow zero star ratings. Just giving them one is observed. Update: after 2 weeks still fighting about the return. There is no way I am paying to return two units that both arrived defective! ... show more

    • Smaller than what expected
The ice machine was delivered to our Canal House upside down. This item shouldn't be upside down. Needless to say we had to put it upright an let it set-up for 24 hours. I'm hoping it works! The compartment doesn't look like it can store that much ice.

I use this for my small lawn care business i never buy ice again had it for 1 year now it make a lot of ice I have a 150 gallon cooler to empty the ice in to for me it full is up less then one day

The machine arrived in a box that was NOT damaged at all. However, when it was plugged in and turned on it made a horrible noise and continues to make that noise at all times if it is running. You can hear it throughout the building. I have tried for weeks to get help with this. The manufacturer will not have the machine returned unless I pay the shipping - shipping to California from NC for several hundreds of dollars. ... show more
