First off the watch is brilliant. Advance watch will never get my business again. The watch was too small for my wrist. This has never happened to me. I contacted the seller, advance watch and asked for more links. They said they'd look into it. After 7 days I e mailed them back. Got a message they'd be out for seven more days. Called omega.
