I ordered & hung these lights the end of November going into the Christmas season. I set the timer and left them up even after Christmas because we loved how pretty they looked. It’s now May and all up until now they came on every night without issue; then boom the other night I came home & NO LIGHTS!!! After only six months. I’m very disappointed because I tried contacting the manufacturer and they wouldn’t even respond. So, for $24 I guess I’ll cut my losses but if you’re looking for long term use don’t bother! {{UPDATE 5/25}}…Seller reached out to me and helped me to troubleshoot, turns out it was just a bad control box. After disconnecting the control box and plugging the lights directly into the plug, as directed by the seller’s associate, the lights came back on!! Seller has agreed to honor the manufacturer’s warranty and ship out a replacement control box. I’m very excited to have my lights back because we love how beautiful & bright our front porch looks with them on at night! *** I have received replacement lights as promised by seller, replacement lights shipped very quickly with tracking and seller also reached out to confirm if I received the replacements. The media could not be loaded. I had some problems with the first set of lights, company was TERRIFIC @ resolving. FINALLY have them up and we JUST LOVE them! I'm definitely choosing this brand again!!

Pretty lights. Haven't hung them yet, however half are multicolored and the other half are red and orange? Not sure if I can change that or not. Hope so.

When I set it to 6 hours on 18 hours off it works for the first night then the second night and beyond you never know when it's going to turn on or off. I basically have to reset it every night. It also came with what appears to be a manufacturing defect. One of the lights was not even connected. It was just hanging by one wire. It sucks because now I have to replace this next summer and it's not easy to replace on my house. I suggest running this set for a few days to make sure everything works properly before hanging it. UPDATE 1-13-23: THE SELLER REACHED OUT TO ME AND GAVE ME A FULL REFUND. UNLIKE MOST, THIS SELLER ACTUALLY HONORS THEIR 1 YEAR WARRANTY. I WASN'T EVEN GOING TO BOTHER BUT THEY CONTACTED ME OF THEIR OWN FREE WILL. I am changing my rating to 5 stars. The customer service alone is worth that! I would still highly suggest checking all features of the lights before hanging them. Manufacturing defects do occur. But rest assured, if there is a problem they will take care of you. ... show more

*EDIT UPDATE* One of the 2 strings has already stopped working in less than a month so I’m returning them. They should hold up better than this. This is a very long string of lights. If I don’t order another set, it won’t look right but I don’t think they will make it much before Christmas. Torn as what to do. They aren’t cheap. They are bright and beautiful. I got green and red. SO Christmasy! I’ve always wanted to decorate the outside of our house in green and red. The only complaint I have is that only one remote worked. (I ordered 2 sets). Which was a bummer because the remotes weren’t interchangeable. Also, you need to be really close to the lights for it to work. My hopes were to remotely control the lights from inside but that didn’t work. Luckily, you can also change the motions of the lights from the button on the light string. ... show more
