The media could not be loaded. Updating: Ordered because it would arrive quickly (I'm in a rural town so the 3 days it said was a great deal, and would still have the package arrive almost a week before I need it). The next day it updated shipping to over a week later (after I will already be gone traveling). Tried to cancel order completely, not allowed. Tried to update address (as I won't be home so trying to have it delivered to my daughter's house), also not allowed. I checked the shipping through the delivery company instead of Amazon, it said it would only be one day after original promise date, and that's when it came. Amazon only updated shipping date on arrival day. So frustrated, so much unnecessary stress for days. No contact from the company after original review with delays either. Now to the actual product. I like this suitcase a lot! It's not a *super* hard case; it's got some give and flex, but is not like a cloth case by any means. It's lightweight. It rolls easily. Changing the lock code is very simple - but only if you have the original code. Came in good packaging, a very sturdy box (which my toddler is now enjoying) and plastic wrap. Inside, you can divide the two sides with a zipper/flap. I did hope the case was going to be smooth so I could put stickers on it, it has a small texture so that may or may not still work. None the less, the pink color will make it easily identifiable. The video I posted should show you everything about it? All in all, I'm happy with the case itself but not the seller or Amazon.

I’m surprised how nice it is. It’s def hard sided not sure why ppl said it’s softer than expected. It’s made well, the wheels work prefect. It’s super light, roomie and has several compartments.
