Packed extremely well - compact and completely padded with Styrofoam - unpacked in perfect condition. Parts are all clearly labeled even included a small supply of spare parts and a Phillips screwdriver. The directions were diagrammatic and very easy to follow - all was labeled very well. I am impressed with the quality of the laminate on the press board. Once assembled, the drawers slid in and out with ease - great rails for the drawers. I did upgrade the plastic wheels to a same size urethane style as I need them to efficiently roll over carpet and tempered glass - the wheels that came with the product would be sufficient for most purposes. Overall - I am extremely impressed; it seems durable and we'll see if it stands the test of time. It took about an hour to assemble. I would highly recommend this product for light office storage indoors. Great value.

Great product. It's sturdy, looks good, the drawers work well (and have stoppers), and it rolls well. On top of that, the instructions are easy to follow and the screws even come with a few spares. I was quite impressed with this product for its price.

Not to buy this product!!!! I bought two of these cabinets and put both together. The second cabinet had two missing parts. the number (9) were missing from the box. I attempted to contact the company for replacement parts of the number (9) part, which is the right side drawer side piece. The MFG only sent one piece. I contacted the MFG again, and they sent entire new boxed unit. This unit had half of the parts missing, I contacted the MFG again, and explained the problem, and what parts were missing. The customer serve person helping me said that I need to get a refund from Amazon. I explained again what specifically the Parts needed, and that the return window for Amazon closed on October 12th. The customer service person responded that they are not going to send out another unit, and that I should return the item that ordered to Amazon for a refund. Again I replied specifically that I needed one number ( 9) right side drawer piece to complete the assembly of the cabinet, since it was the MFG fault for not including the part. The response from the MFG, get a refund from Amazon. This is customer service at it's worst. I have to assume that there is no QC to co periodic spot checks to avoid unpleasant issues such as this has become. I will attempt to contact them again for the replacement part. They are decent cabinets, but the QC, and customer service is non- existent. I would suggest that Amazon not carry this product ever again due to these issues. Thank you for time.

This is a functional drawer that is quite pretty once it’s put together and came beautifully packaged, with no damage to any of its parts. The drawers lack depth, as witnessed by the advertising photos, so calling it a filing cabinet is a bit of a misnomer, but it’s perfect to store my printer on top and other crafts and (or) other odds and ends in the drawers. One star was removed due to the number of parts and the time it took to build. I like to build things and typically don’t need to follow instructions. But this cabinet has A LOT of parts, and it took me hours to construct on my own. Some people used an electric screwdriver/drill, but I’m not sure how it would have held up had I used one. So I did it the good ol’ fashioned way, and it took FOREVER. You need to be really careful lining up the hardware to ensure the drawers are even once when they slide into the base. Would I buy this again? Maybe. It is beautiful, just a pain to put together!!!

Switching from dark furniture to this white furniture really made a staggering difference in the art space. These rolling drawers are sturdy, beautiful and make storing items a dream. This was one of the several components from this line that we got to create an art area in one corner of a multipurpose room. It's now so bright and beautiful and though it takes more space and makes a ton more storage it makes the room a lot brighter and visually larger. So, the white finish is a huge plus! What a transformation! Cabinet was well packed and arrived in perfect condition without odors of flaws of any kind. All parts included. Good instructions. Box is very heavy compared to other flat pack items. Lots of pieces. Assembly takes space and time however it is not difficult for one fairly handy adult. Quicker for two and an easy thing to work together on. So extremely worth it especially if you do a whole system/area because it makes the house (or room) look new. without remodeling or adding on lol There are proper rails on the (all solid) drawers and they open/close smoothly with ease. Worth the price, good value, easy to clean and the rolling feature is a huge bonus. These pieces are absolutely some of my favorite pieces of furniture I've ever owned. These hold a lot of craft, art and office items. More, actually than we expected.

I got the 5 tier one and I love it! Honestly it took me a while to put together, but the instruction video was clear and super helpful. At first, a couple of drawers wouldn't slide in all the way, I realized the screws on the railings weren't all the way in, but that was my only issue. Put the screws straighter and everything was smooth. The labels peeled off super easy after assembly, and there were no scratches or damages. It looks so beautiful in the end and I'm happy with the size I ordered. Worth it in my opinion!
