For the price, the door sills are great. The OEM version of the illuminated door sill is at an outrageous price of $200 - so 50ish bucks for a third party version is a great price. Quality-wise, it looks great. I have never seen the OEM version before, but these looks very authentic and are not too bad to install. The hardest part of installing these is simply routing the cables. There are plenty of YouTube videos on how to install this, so you have plenty of resources to research and study. To forewarn you, the fuse that comes with this is a bit hard to find - it is a mini fuse at is rated at 250v and 2Amp. Unless your area has a really good car auto part store, you may have to order this online. Something to keep in mind, if you need to replace the fuse. Since these came directly from China, there is a bit of a shipping delay - but that comes with the territory of ordering from China. Issues: -Shipping issues - The package arrived bent. Since these are somewhat fragile items, I think the item should have been better packaged/reinforced. However, I cannot fully blame the seller on this - as most of it is also on the package delivery company. Because of it bending, it actually caused one of the larger pieces to slightly bend. In the end, however, it wasn't a big deal. I managed to fix it by slightly bending it back into place. Not to mention, with the strong adhesive on the plates, it managed to stay flat and it is hard to tell if it was bent. -Scratches on the plates - Each of the plate has a peel-able sticker on the metal parts - so that it won't get scratched during shipping. On the first plate I placed down and peeled off, I immediately noticed deep scratches on it. Whether it occurred during shipping or during manufacturing, I can't tell. Luckily enough, it's quite shiny and can be hard to see at different angles. But it can be quite noticeable. -Letters falling off- Another issue I encounter was that the small pieces of the letters on the accord was falling off. At first I thought it was missing, but turns out it flew off while installing it. This issue wasn't too bad - fixable by simply glueing the pieces of the letter back on. However, I feel like these pieces should have been built into the metal sill, not has as a glue-able piece. -Chemical smells- Another thing I noticed is that a chemical smell from the item itself. Luckily, these are small door sills, and would probably air out quite quickly. -Customer Service- As an inherent risk with all items purchased third party from Amazon, there is always a risk of poor customer service. I have attempted to resolve this with the seller - but so far there has been no responses. Since the item works, despite all the issues that occur, I decided to give it up. Overall, the item works quite well and is reasonably priced. However, seller's poor communication and questionable QA makes this item hard to recommend to anyone. ... show more

Overall the General idea of the product is Badass and I love the look it gives my car, what I don’t like what so ever is that the Tape was a hassle and not only that but one of the back plates won’t even stick!… after all said and done and product was finished I sigh and smile but then I come to find out the Blue tape I thought was there to protect the metal literally had a sword fight with me , deattaching the Fake 3M the entire time. then when I finally get it off after 20 minutes on EACH ONE I am left with nasty Sticky Adhesive which wasn’t a problem with goo-Gone but not everybody has that ready to go . Overall I rate this item 3 stars mainly because the item could’ve been taken a bit more seriously and have had the proper materials attached then I would’ve been happy. I understand this is 50$ compared to the 200$ Honda but One of my damn Door Sills won’t even stick and I paid damn near 60! Would still recommend to anybody ! Just keep in mind this installation was a bit of a hassle ... show more

Best purchase I’ve made in a while. These really are decent quality the 3m tape was not 3m but It hold very well. I wish it would come with some sort of anti rub plastic piece for when it goes over the bare metal frame but I used a small piece of real 3m double sided tape to ensure it did not run and cut through the wire one day. The lighting is very bright for its size and even illuminating. It has gotten quite a bit of attention. The stainless steel was flawless no scratches or rings/dents. The white led is the way you want to go. Installation was a bit of a pain especially going from the drivers side to the passenger side under the dash. You will want to use plenty of zip ties to keep everything in place and neat. The oem style factory plug fits greats however I could not get a positive click not sure it’s relevant but should there be a click? It holds has not come loose. So this is very easy to install I have a Honda accord hybrid 2015. It's basically plug and play other than having to hide the wires. They look pretty good for not being oem. For $50 it's worth the buy. Things I didn't like the cuts for the lettering is not as clean as I'd like which you'll notice from different areas popping up or the light shining in areas it shouldn't. The light itself is not very bright I have leds installed and these are nowhere near as bright. They don't feel like they are very durable but I've only had it a few days so hopefully I'm wrong. ... show more

Just put these in and love them ! They look great. Took about 90 mins to put in. I recoment the UTube video for the install. It made it go very easy. the hardest part was getting the wire under the dash to the passenger side. I used a straightened coat hanger and pushed it through along the firewall with little difficulty. Then its just the trim panels that snap off and on. Also the the tape covering was hard to peel off but other than that it was not bad and well woroth it. Better then OEM at 1/4 the price! ... show more

Pretty simple install, Takes longer if you want a nice clean install. Would definitely buy again. I have been given numerous compliments from friends and family. I’ve been asked tons of times if my car came with them. Adds an awesome look regardless if it’s dark or not. I’ll add pictures soon

Only difficult part was the best way to wire in the car. I ran it through the backseat of my accord. Which was nice since I didn't have to run in through the dash. There are no instructions provided so watch a few YouTube videos on install. I would order again.
