Excellent product. Worked well when I made my baloney. Really made it much easier. There was one slight problem. I noticed a tiny little rust spot on the lid, but I used it anyway. Another thing is I wish they would put. On the outside. Lines to show how much Product to put in. Otherwise great.

I bought to make my own Chicken Roll Lunchmeat. I’ve used different spices with fantastic results both times. I’ve bought the plastic bags that fit for ease of clean up. It is sturdy and I’m sure it will give me years of use and pay for itself with continued use.

Im a little disappointed with this. The temp guage didnt work well. I had to use my own to make sure it was up to temp, and the lid didnt quiet have enough tension to keep the meat pressed down. It was spilling up over the top and water got in.
