These are the most wonderful rugs! They do everything they say they will do. . . Soak up water, keep dust and dirt from spreading, and always look good. They don't vacuum well, but our Roomba glides over easily and makes them look great. You can shake them out. For washing I recommend using a commercial washer for several or a large one (32"x70"). The only problem I had is when my dog peed on it. I sprayed and washed but couldn't get the urine smell out; probably because they absorb liquid so well.

I’ve researched and tried other rugs for my kitchen, bathroom and entryways and this is one of the best rugs I have found for the price. The pile is perfect - not too low and not too high (for entryways). It’s actually soft to the feet and picks up dust and dirt - I don’t even notice that the rugs are dirty because the dirt and dust settles into the interior of the rugs. I bought 4 of them for my kitchen and one for an entryway. There is rubber on the bottom that does a good job of preventing the rug from moving. There are many colors and sizes for these rugs. I highly recommend this rug!

It’s close to the muddy mat in efficiency. Overall does a great job! I actually have this in the guest bath to keep water off my floor. Perfect for in front of the sink, shower or tub. I bought the smaller size and would recommend sizing up slightly for tub or shower area. The smaller size does well in front of my sink. Washes up great in warm water and dries up like new on low or medium dryer setting.
