When we got this and it arrived it is a bit narrower at the top than we thought but it was enough to hold the stuff we packed to go to Sandals. The wheels are sturdy and seem like they’re going to last a long time. Best of all it doesn’t look like everyone else’s suitcase and was easy to pick out at the terminal bag claim. Feels like good quality.

Have had this bag for a few years and has held up very well with all the travel. Unfortunately, recently an airline had flat spotted one of the wheels, they only cover broken/missing wheels not any damage to the wheel. Called OGIO directly to get the specs on the wheels to get a replacement, they don’t have that on hand. Furthermore, the wheels aren’t designed to be replaced, it looks like you pretty much have to drill out the entire pin to remove/replace the wheel. Would definitely still recommend the bag but just keep wheel issues in mind. Really wish OGIO would rework the wheel sections to be able to be replaced.

We love this bag. This is our 8th Ogio purchase and we love the brand, quality and look. The zippers are getting a bit cheap these days but still work for 2 flights each week.

I’ll start out by saying I really liked this bag initially. The dividers were exactly what I was looking for and for the first few days I couldn’t be happier with this bag. But it was downhill from there. I purchased this bag only a few weeks ago to take on a trip to Greece. On the third day of the trip one of the wheels came off which then led me to drag this bag through Greece for the remainder of the trip (which is why you see the wearing of the plastic on the one side). The second wheel is also on the verge of falling off and I actually had to snap it back into place just so it would roll a little bit and not fall completely off. The bag itself was excellent...but what good is a rolling duffle if it doesn’t roll and you have to drag it around? I could understand if this bag had been used and normal wear and tear had caused this. But this was the very first time it was used and let me down immediately. I’m really hoping I can get some sort of refund/replacement/parts but that remains to be seen. Until then I have no choice but to give this bag one star. **UPDATE/EDIT** I contacted Amazon to see if anything could be done about the wheels failing on this bag and they immediately made things right. They chalked it up to a defective item and gave me the option of receiving a refund or getting a replacement. I appreciate the way this was handled and since I did like the bag (up until the wheel fell off) I'm going to give it another chance and hope that was an isolated incident. Hoping my replacement bag holds up better and will report back after some use.
