This one has many padded pockets for electronics and looks like it will hold everything he needs for school. The media could not be loaded. Short story: I don't like the bag mostly because of the shape they gave it when full. It's one thing but it's major to me. See my pictures but the bottom stays skinny while the top expands out. It's odd and makes it weird to really pack it full. As you ship pockets closed it pushes things upward because there's more volume at the top than the bottom. And when packed full the pockets don't have their own space - the fullness of the main pocket pushes all the other pockets tight so they lose their volume. The outer pockets are all basically the same size. They hold a slim glasses case and a travel lens cleaner kit worth of stuff. Also not a fan of the dedicated hard case at the top that eats at your main compartment space even when empty. My 15" Lenovo gaming laptop fits the slot and is about as large as will zip closed in the suspended slot. It also fits in the main compartment and is just small enough to stay under the hard case top-pocket that protrudes into the main compartment. The Heather gray has a digi camo print. You can see it in my pictures and it didn't show up well in the stock photos before I ordered. I also wish the water bottle pocket was elastic so it was tight to the bag body when not in use. But the materials feel durable and no noticeable stitching flaws or defects. Straps felt fine to me. If it was better designed in terms of overall bag shape and the pockets kept their own volume then I'd love the bag. As is it would only be an ok bag when I'm not filling it to the brim. For someone half filling it, it's probably no problem at all. But I want to fill it up sometimes to travel on planes and this just wouldnt be good for my use. ... show more

Pros: looks great, heavy-duty, made well, lots of pockets and organization pieces, along with great padding and fits nicely! Cons: very stiff - maybe will loosen up over time?, has some molded parts and pieces to it that add weight and inflexibility. I ordered this for a large 19" laptop ThinkPad computer and keyboard for a hybrid job sort of on-the-go worker. It fits in the bag well once I pulled up and out the molded sunglasses and items piece. It was in the way. If you look in the picture, it cuts down on the amount of room upon entry into the bag. I had to completely pull it through and have it sticking out on the top to be able to get the devices in there and zip it up. I still have an Ogio bag from 10 years ago and it is still in great shape after traveling around the world with me. I needed an upgrade with more capacity and better configuration. It's clear that the quality of this bag will withstand the wear and tear of being tossed around constantly. I have tried bag after bag looking for the perfect utility bag to carry around all my stuff trying bag after bag from watching YouTube reviews. This bag doesn't really have any Youtube reviews so I didn't know about it. I tried almost all of them before going back to Ogio.
