A taste of home! As someone who grew up in South Eastern Europe, which is blessed with the great Mediterranean climate, olive oil and tomatoes had that distinct flavor and richness that I have not been able to find in the US no matter how much money I spent on fancy brands or specialty stores. Until I tried this raw and unfiltered olive oil, that is. It's strong and yet mild, it's sweet and yet a bit spicy. Balanced in every way. Hard to describe, until you dip some rustic bread and let those flavors mix. Also, the unfiltered nature of it makes it taste better in my opinion because of the olive particles still in it. Ideal to cook with too, it coats everything nicely and as others have pointed out, the AROMA is delicious! Most importantly, I trust the origin of it, the story behind it, and the quality of the product. Highly recommend to everyone who is seeking something authentic and very reasonably priced!

No olive oil I've bought in US grocery stores has ever tasted this good. Either too mild or too rancid. This tastes exactly like the olive oil of my childhood

This is horrible-tasting olive oil. There is something wrong with it. I don't know what, but I am going to have to throw it out. I wrote the company, and it blamed the heat in Amazon's warehouses for ruining the oil. The company told me to talk to Amazon.

I love a good Olive oil. This oil has a very unpleasant taste. I bought two bottles and can’t return them. And it doesn’t list that it has polyphenol as an ingredient . They lied on the advertising part. Don’t purchase.
