I've been considering a standing desk for a while, but I knew that I needed one longer than 55 inches. When I found this plus the added L portion, I was sold. The box came well packaged though it is HEAVY! Just be prepared you may need help bringing it inside. Definitely build this in the room it is intended to be in for convenience as well. It didn't take long to build, possibly about an hour with conversation. It helps to have someone assist with the building, but I believe they're truly only a necessity when flipping the desk over. The desk is very secure and stable when raising and lowering. I definitely recommend this for the value. I will most likely purchase another for my husband because he is jealous of it now. ... show more

Fairly easy to put together. The material of the actual desk top is quite scratch adverse though, and overall it is light. I typically push against my desk to move my chair back in preparation to get up, but doing that with this desk does not feel wise as it shakes quite a bit. Great desk to have in your office. Very easy to build and it gets the job done. All materials feel they have a good built quality and desk is very sturdy. Its a very good value and versatile for either left or right side.

It's a really nice desk, it works super well, and I'm 6 feet tall and even when it's not at it's max height I can comfortably stand and use it. Plenty powerful to carry a full gaming setup, I even layed on it and it worked without a struggle, it took 1 hour to setup alone and it was super simple. At it's max height it barely wiggles and it's solid material, medal legs and a firm board on top, perfect height for anyone under 7 feet tall, and like I said it's super simple to setup. 100 percent the best desk I've ever owned ... show more

Love this desk, but it has a major quirk. Bought this for my home office so I could easily move it forward to walk on my walking pad during work. I bought some small casters (hard to find stems , less than 1" but finally did) and they fit right in without issue. Now I can push it forward over my walking pad and get a little movement in during my workday. Build was pretty easy. Normally I assemble stuff like this by myself, but Hubs and I decided to use it as a communication exercise, he explained while I executed. Took us a little longer, but it assembled quite well. Pieces clearly marked and all hardware was in separate baggies...no trying to open a massive bubble pack without making a mess. My major complaint and something I'll have to figure out a solution for, is the placement of the keyboard tray. it's positioned right in the middle of the main piece (as pictured) so you basically have to sit at the far-left edge of the desk to use the tray. That makes it really awkward for monitors as you can't use the full shelf. I bought a dual monitor mount which is working great, but the monitors are positioned oddly so i can see them both while sitting at the left side of the desk. Also, the AC receptacles in the power strip were all dead, though the two USB ports work. Very unfortunate as that was something I was looking forward to. Finally, a minor complaint is there are no holes for cords to drop to the underside. We did add a couple and I bought some 3/4" grommets. ... show more
