I am considering buying a second one. some people writing bad reviews don't understand that this is a hobby, not an out of the box laser printer. I am really happy with this printer. It has a lot of great features and I’ve gotten some really great prints out of it. However, I would caution that FDM printing isn’t for everyone and it isn’t always just point and click. It takes time to make sure that everything is calibrated properly and even then you may need to tweak things for a specific filament or model. With that said, I’ve printed more successful prints with this in a few weeks than I did with my prior printer that I had for years. This one just works and keeps doing so. There are a lot of great resources for this particular printer out there that makes it a great option. It also has the ability to print in many different materials which is a great capability! The printer arrived well packed and with all tools required to put it together. I printed the test “bunny” model preloaded onto the SD card. It turned out other than some poor bed adhesion. I adjusted the z-offset a little and it’s been running flawlessly since. I’m now addicted to 3D printing. The Ender 3 V2 Neo has been the perfect 1st printer for me. Ive printed a bunch of little toys for my kids and some battery crates so far. It’s been a real work-horse, printing non-stop for a week now with no issues. It took me a minute to figure out where the broken mount was but it ended up being the adjustment knob for the extruded arm/track. I’m sure I could fix it or contact Creality for a replacement part but I’m not sure the damages it sustained. So I’ll just return this one grab another. Happy printing all!!! This is a great printer for a beginner! Super easy to setup, detailed instructions, everything you need to get started. I suggest buying filament on rolls for printing and watching videos of others setting it up while you wait for delivery. Fine tuning temps and using the modeling and slicing software is most difficult part of the process in my opinion. This would be applicable to any 3d printer, not this model specifically. Within minutes of setup I printed out one of the preloaded files and it printed perfect. Have already made my kids some toys and my wife has already requested new projects. The media could not be loaded. I was very excited to start using this printer. I have an older ender 3 and cr10. But I was looking forward to the new features. Anyway, I received the package and it was in good shape. Started assembling and ran into damage. The bed level screw is bent and bed flopping all over. Also have wiring that was pinched and broken. The only option I have with amazon is to return it. But since i got this on black friday for a great priced, I really want the printer exchanged. So as of now I have reached out to Creality to see if they'll take care of it. They have responded, so now I'm just waiting to see what they'll do. I'll update when I figure it out. Update: It's been about 1 month of back and forth emails with Creality. I've sent them pictures and I linked this video. They have twice sent me parts. Each time, it's a different part or cable that I don't need. It seems lost in translation to some extent, but I don't understand how pictures can be confused. At this point. I'm getting too frustrated with them that it's time to give up on them and return this printer to Amazon while I still can. ... show more
