This thing has been awesome from setup to use. I can monitor what I’m printing from my phone and make adjustments if I need to.     • don't waste your money
Absolute junk, if you like wasting time on complex set up, and headaches with setting up wifi issues. prints never work without long hours of bed leveling, and temperature adjustments, only to stop working entirely. I am gleefully returning this pile of garbage. thankfully Amazon's return policy saves my 2 weeks of grief trying to make this thing work. buy anything else but this, you will thank me later! ... show more

    • Be aware required hours of prep to get a average print.
Delivered quick. Hot head bracket was loose, needed adjustment. Whole bed was loose and wobbly in the middle but not in forward or back. Tried adjusting eccentric nuts who no help. Took it all apart and reinstalled rails. Was able to firm the bed up mostly (front right still wobbles). I have 3 other cr-10 printers that were much easier to set up for half the price. Most likely will return the printer ( I would exchange it, but no option for that). if I can't get rid of the bed wobble. I would like to recommend this printer as I do like creality products but can't. At this price point and with lack of Quality control I reccomend looking for a different printer. ... show more

    • Avoid Creality if you have any expectation for support.
Multiple attempts for support unanswered. Phone Number does not work. Had to adjust literally every part of this including finding loose screws in the extruder.

    • Impossible to level, worse version of the CR-10
Just wanted another CR-10 and found they didn't make them anymore. Setup has been a nightmare, the bed seems impossible to level and it's a huge time sink. Wouldn't buy again if I knew it would be such a headache.

Don't buy this printer. If you use PETG, the material will chemically bond with the bed. If you use other materials, nothing will get them to stick. Also, the head will kamikaze right into the bed putting holes in the build surface randomly. This printer is barly 3rd rate and you have to pay premium price. Om top of that, the customer support is hod awful. ... show more

    • So nice I’d buy it twice!
I haven’t had a printer that printed so well with so many options. The camera is a huge pulse but the total game changer is being able to turn off the printer when I see it’s done printing from anywhere I have signal on my phone. The print quality is beautiful!
