Our 10 plus year old HP laser jet printer was always stopping with a paper jam code. We were looking into a new printer or repairing this one. The cost for either choice was very expensive. We chose to give the Office Depot Cleaning Kit, OD2537 a try. It seemed really expensive considering the number of cleaning sheets contained in the package. How wrong I was. It only took 1 of the 3 sheets in the package to solve our paper problems. I unfolded the special sheet and placed it on the paper stack in the drawer. I hit copy and off it went.     • Cheaper than buying a new printer
I was getting an obnoxious vertical line from my laser printer. I wasn't sure if it was from my fairly new toner cartridge or the wheels in the printer. I ran one piece of this cleaning sheet through my printer twice and it removed 90% of the line. If the line comes back, I will probably go back to blaming it on a faulty toner, but either way, I was very pleased with the job that this product did. ... show more

I am having significant print quality issues with an ink jet printer. I think the carrier the ink cartridges has the port for a color or two clogged. I was hopeful this would clean the carrier. However, it did not correct my issue. I am guessing regular use of these may prevent this issue but can't say for sure. ... show more

Quantity provided considering cost makes this a bit over priced. First use in an older printer picks up a lot of ink. I use extra solution and run it thru on same sheet 3 or 4 passes. Then I use a new sheet and it does a great job cleaning the paper path. Once printer is cleaned good, periodic use keeps it clean with multiple use of the same sheet. ... show more

Nice packaging with 3 individually sealed sheets. After opening one, it felt damp as expected. However, it did not clean a vertical line on my ix500 scanner after 5 passes through it. To be fair the advertising did not say it cleaned scanners but I thought since they advertised fax machines, it might work on a scanner. I also think it was expensive for only 3 sheets but maybe it works better on printers, etc. I am giving it three stars instead of one since they did not advertised that it worked on a scanner and it was well packaged. By the way, I later discovered the scanner areas for both sides of a page are easily accessible for manual cleaning. Be careful to use an appropriate cleaner and soft cloth. ... show more

I have had an epson artisan 1430 for years and years. As long as I kept print heads cleaned and calibrated, it prints great pics. A new one today is pretty expensive. So when the paper quit feeding through, I was dismayed. I am not prepared to replace a whole printer right now. It turns out that cleaning the rollers is a thing. Now I know. So I used two of these sheets and ran them through several times before the rollers began to consistently feed paper through. But like I said -- I haven't cleaned the rollers for many years.
