First of all, Oedro’s customer service is top notch. I purchased this to replace my stock bumper off my ‘21 Jeep Rubicon wrangler. Install was easy and straight forward. The actual bumper is pretty decent. The lights are very bright. The Cons; I replaced the rubicon trailer hitch with the provided hitch that came with the bumper. While towing my pop-up camper, after I got to my location, I noticed that the hitch had bent and moved. Luckily, I got to my destination safely! If the hitch would of came off, I would of caused a very bad accident on the freeway. This was installed professionally and yes, everything was torqued properly. Before leaving the campground I had re-tightened all of the bolts and nuts just to make sure. Hooked up the trailer up again and right before my eyes, the hitch slowly started to bend down again. Luckily I had my wife tow the camper back home with her SUV. I don’t think the hitch is properly designed. My pop up trailer was not over loaded nor was my Jeep. The dry weight on my camper is 2200 pounds and it was towed previously with my oem hitch with no hick ups. Unfortunately you can’t keep your oem tow hitch with the bumper set up. It will not allow the bumper to be installed. If you’re going to purchase this without towing, then it is a good buy. If you’re planning on towing anything with it, I suggest looking elsewhere. ... show more

Looks great quality is great. Only thing to complain about is there are no instructions for wiring. I spliced wires and clipped them and wrapped in tape, plugged them into the sole pigtails and then zip tied up to hide them.

The media could not be loaded. Notice condensation on one of my 6” LED lights after doing some off roading and some recent rains. Hadn’t had the bumper for that long and so I emailed the merchant to tell them about the condensation and they replied they didn’t have lights in the warehouse to replace the bad one and said they would send a small refund (35.00) to help off set the replacement. I said that would work but it’s been over 2 months and still haven’t received anything. Really like the bumper but not happy at all with the customer service and low quality parts. Hopefully this review will help you decide on if you purchase this or not. Review Update- Reached out once again to manufacturer and requested a refund for faulty lights. They emailed me back and credited my Amazon account for the bad light. For this I’ve increased my original star rating and appreciate they are standing behind the product. just installed on my 2023 JLU and i am not really impressed. the bumper itself looks good and the fit and finish is great, however this bumper comes with a aftermarket trailer hitch that is 2 pieces that sandwich on either side of your frame with bolts versus the factory hitch that is a c-channel that wraps around your frame. the issue i have with that is now the strength of your hitch comes from the bolts primarily, not the frame like the factory has. i at first thought the trailer hitch was welded to the bumper from a youtube video. if i noticed on the listing that the hitch was separate i would not have ordered this bumper tbh. also i was disappointed that you cannot run the factory rear tow hook with this bumper because the D-Rings are also only for show, as the instructions state you cannot use them for towing/recovery due to the D-Ring mount just being welded to the bumper with a small backing plate behind it leaving it pretty weak. this is a design issue since now the only recovery point in the rear is the tow hitch. the D-Rings could easily be re-enforced to make using them for recovery possible. also the license plate relocation is nice, however there is no included license plate light, which is required on all vehicles and should be included with the bumper for the price it is selling for. the bumper will work for now, but i will be looking to upgrade it to an actual off-road capable bumper in the future. ... show more
