The bumper was very easy to install and looks really nice. If you plan on installing a wench on this bumper I would not recommend anything bigger than a 5000lb one. The mounting spot just isn’t thick enough for anything stronger. Also the led lights that come with this bumper are not sealed very well as you can see from the photos. I included some pics of some Rigid lights I installed the same day as the bumper. It’s only been two weeks and the bumper led lights have condensation in them. I knew when I purchased this bumper for $290 that I was not going to get premium led lights and had already made up my mind to swap them out asap. My only issue is the wench mounting area. There needs to be for info on how thick that area is so people don’t try and overload the bumper. ... show more

First of all, Oedro’s customer service is top notch. I purchased this to replace my stock bumper off my ‘21 Jeep Rubicon wrangler. Install was easy and straight forward. The actual bumper is pretty decent. The lights are very bright. The Cons; I replaced the rubicon trailer hitch with the provided hitch that came with the bumper. While towing my pop-up camper, after I got to my location, I noticed that the hitch had bent and moved. Luckily, I got to my destination safely! If the hitch would of came off, I would of caused a very bad accident on the freeway. This was installed professionally and yes, everything was torqued properly. Before leaving the campground I had re-tightened all of the bolts and nuts just to make sure. Hooked up the trailer up again and right before my eyes, the hitch slowly started to bend down again. Luckily I had my wife tow the camper back home with her SUV. I don’t think the hitch is properly designed. My pop up trailer was not over loaded nor was my Jeep. The dry weight on my camper is 2200 pounds and it was towed previously with my oem hitch with no hick ups. Unfortunately you can’t keep your oem tow hitch with the bumper set up. It will not allow the bumper to be installed. If you’re going to purchase this without towing, then it is a good buy. If you’re planning on towing anything with it, I suggest looking elsewhere. ... show more

I installed this myself. Honestly the worst part was removing the factory bumper. Installing this was straight forward and fairly simple. I even hooked up the lights to the back-up lights. Overall I'd say that this bumper is well made and a good value. I would buy it again.

While I was happy with the bumper overall, it came with lights and there were no instructions on what the lights were for or how to wire them. I concluded that they must be backup lights, so I contacted the company for wiring instructions. This was their response. "Sorry but we don't have a wiring diagram for them so far. The red wire should be connected to the positive and the black wire is for the negative, could you pls have a try?" If they are going to sell a product that needs to be wired into the car's electrical system, there should be instructions included. The good news is that with a little bit of searching I found a YouTube video showing how to wire backup lights to my Wrangler JL. ... show more

    • Missing all the hardware

Was really looking forward to installing the bumper I ordered on my Wrangler. Unfortunately, there was many missing parts. No install guide, no D-rings, no nuts for the mounting bolts and no nuts and bolts for the top bar. Package was in terrible condition upon arrival but the bumper wasn't damaged (only good part). As the part was supposed to be a direct bolt on, the lights are individually wired so I'm unable to use the wiring harness that's on my original bumper. Overall I won't rate this product since there's issues right from the start. Frustrating you say the least as taking off the original bumper was everything but easy. They must torque the original (much bigger than the bolts on replacement bumper) nuts almost to yield. Not a happy customer. ... show more
