My pup has not gotten past the phase where she pees with excitement when she sees you. Therefore, we go through a lot of carpet cleaning in order to remove the pee from the carpet. This is a great value for the price and size, and does well!

Let me start off by saying I followed the measurements on my heat machine, & that's a huge mistake. A little (& I mean very little) goes a long way because the product produces a lot of suds & foam. The dirty water side of my machine leaked behind this. It didn't get back to normal until I put pure water on the clean water side, to flush the excess product from the machine. (I still used it as normal with a mop on standby.) It didnt damage the machine at all, it still functioned- just leaked suds on dirty water side. 2nd try (after flushing the machine with clean water) I only put about 2 capfuls of the product, no more than 2.5 capfuls with clean water side half full of water. So it's trial & error with a Bissell proheat vacuum cleaner. As for snell the product has NO SMELL. I don't mind as long as my recliner & sofa has no CAT PEE SMELL. 🤷🏾♀️ So the no smell doesn't bother me since I use fabric refresher sprays on my sofas as well. My sofa & recliner is ODOR FREE, & NO STAINS, VERY CLEAN! I use Odoban Disinfectant for my floors & in laundry (original scent). I wouldn't recommend anyone use the Disinfectant in place of a Carpet Solution because it could ultimately destroy your steam vacuum. Use your own discretion & common sense, when using products that's not same brand as your vacuum cleaner. 👍🏾 ... show more

Diluted, removed dog stains and all traces of odor, from urine, feces, and vomit from carpet and fabrics perfectly. Used 1/4 cup, undiluted in (He) laundry to remove odor from sick pet. Works great! I’ll buy again! Thanks!
