Just wow I wish I bought one of these sooner I spent most my life in the Army and like most people I came out with a laundry list of back and neck problems that make even something like mopping difficult. The back and forth motion of mopping does such a number on my messed up back and neck that I have to take breaks despite being in great shape. But this steam mop? No problem at all, it takes a little bit of practice to be able to “drive” it smoothly kinda similar to a floor buffer, once you figure out how it moves all it takes is very small wrist movements to get to to glide exactly where you want it to no hassle no fight no effort. I ended up doing 2 passes over my whole house just because I was feeling so good when usually mopping leaves my back in shambles! On top of its ease of use and smoothness, it does an amazing job. We use DE as a pesticide and if it gets smeared on the linoleum by accident it is near impossible to clean off, it usually takes like 10 passes with 10 cycles of clean water with a normal mop to remove the white smears, not for this guy, one pass and it cleaned it right up without smearing it at all. Plus the pads are super easy to remove nothing complicated they just stick right on so it’s no hassle to pull them off and toss them in the wash The ONLY thing I didn’t like was I feel the cable is too short but it’s a very minor personal gripe so 5 stars all the way It’s also really quiet I was a bit surprised by how silent it is. Plus it doesn’t leave water streaks so there were no concerns with the linoleum I no longer dread mopping ... show more

I never realized how much help this mop would be to me. It works better than the spin mop with the bucket. I dont have to put water and distilled white vinegar in the bucket. Add hot water no lifting a bucket into my bathroom sink. No lifting dirty water to my toilet so I can dump dirty water. I have a bad back I live alone and I don't have aide service. No lifting required. I just loaded the canister with water and cleaning solution. I really like the feature where I can spray the solution on a difficult area and the stain is gone. The machine won't work unless the mop is tilted. Well paint me surprised. I never thought the machine would quit on its own once I put it up right. It does need someone with good control so it doesn't get away. I rested after using it because cause I felt like I got a work out. Lol don't tell these exercise groups. Might cause a little jealously. Haaa ... show more

I’m not sure when this was invented but I wish I knew about this 20 years ago. I have 3 dogs with wood floors. There are constant dog drool spots everywhere. The wood floors are sealed but have the voids between the planks so I hated using a mop and bucket due to all the extra water on the floor. This machine is great. I was worried about the water tank size, thought it was too small but after I got done cleaning the main floor, I only used 1/2 of the solution. You do not need a lot of solution to get the floors clean. Pads are super simple, just stick on, no stretching around anything. I have hardwood floors throughout my entire house. It has always been a pain trying to mop or use a swifter that left it soaking wet. I researched these floor scrubbers and made my purchase to give it a try. I originally ordered a cordless one and had to send it back because the battery would only stay charged for about 3 minutes. I then ordered this one and it has been one of the best purchases I have made. It makes cleaning all the floors in my entire house a breeze. I love that it does not leave the floors soaking wet, and you can use different types of floor cleaners in it. Sometimes I just wet the mop pads with warm water and quickly run over my main floors for a quick cleaning after rain or water drips from my doodle. Reviewed by Patty: We recently purchased a house with laminate wood flooring. This is my first experience with this type of flooring, I have always had tile and carpet. I have been pulling my hair out trying to keep these floors clean, especially with a 116lb Akita. I have been using the Swiffer for wood floors; it left a lot to be desired. Not to bag on Swiffer because I use their dusting products all the time. But the wood floor product fell quite short, at least for me. So, I decided to try this Bissell cleaner. What an amazing difference!! I was actually shocked at what a great job it did on these floors. I am very pleased with the product and would, without hesitation, recommend it for your wood/laminate flooring. Especially if you have a dog that sheds 24/7, 365 days a year. I really debated about purchasing this mop and I am glad I did. Laminate throughout my home and it does the job. If traditional mopping is not for you then you will love this as well. I’ve tried every version of spray mops but was always dissatisfied. Solid construction, not too heavy and pretty quiet when running. Cord length is what you would expect, powerful rotating heads. Cleaning pads wash very well after use. I also purchased the thicker scrubbing pads . Important to note that cleaning solution did not leave my floors streaky as most spray mops did and has a pleasant scent. What a time and back saver! ... show more
