I’m frustrated because in the photos it says weight starts at 8lbs, so I ordered for my 6 mo old and the life jacket actually is only for 30-50 lbs. I’m sure that the device works well but I needed the correct sizing for my weekend trip.

We bought this for our very brave and fearless one and a half yr old who just loves jumping into the pool and doesn't care if there is someone to catch her or not. So after our first trip to the pool this summer and realizing just how much of a daredevil she is we came home and immediately looked for a life vest for her. We found this one and it works amazing and does exactly like it says it should. We tested it out over the 4th of July at my parents pool and when she jumped in it flipped her onto her back face up! I bought two of these for my youngest daughters. We took them to the beach for our vacation. They only wore them a few times, but they seem to work well! If your baby/child doesn’t know how to keep themselves upright in the water, you will HAVE to hold onto them when wearing this.
