These boots are super cute. I love the way they look. They are true to size. I ordered my regular size & can wear socks with them but they have zero support or cushioning. I wish I’d ordered a size up so I could add an insole.

I wore out my old boots of the same brand (and I refuse to pay Ugg (or as I think of it - “UGH”). These are just as cute, very comfy and roomy enough for thick socks. Because why would you not wear thick fuzzy socks in your sensible, well-priced knock-off boots? They also hold up well in Chicago winters. The very first time I put these on, the top button strap on the right boot popped off. Which the other reviews said happened to them too. However my fault as I got what I paid for. It didn’t stop me from wearing the boots though they’re very comfy and fit well. Now a few weeks later, the right boot has started to droop/stretch due to no support without that top string keeping it tighter/closed. Oh well.. for $20 something bucks I know not to expect to much.
