The media could not be loaded. Recently bought the Obsidian Carbon Fiber Pool Cue Bundle, and have played several games already with the cue and it has such a smooth feel. The carbon fiber shaft is durable and consistent, giving smooth hits with better cue ball control. The included accessories—microfiber cloth, gloves, and cue chalk—are all high-quality and useful. First off, this is a great pool cue and the case is amazing. The look and feel of the cue is incredible and it makes smooth and consistent shots. It rolls smooth across a pool table. I considered myself an intermediate player, not a beginner but definitely not pro! That being said, the tip on this que is terrible. Within one week of use, not even using this stick for breaks, the tip is separating. There is a visible ring around the center of the tip. I did scruff it before use. Very disappointed with the tip on this. I will need to spend money to have the tip replaced and that isn't what I want with a brand new cue! I know this is considered a low cost stick, especially for carbon fiber but you would expect it to have a tip that holds up longer than one week of play time! I got this stick based on everyone's reviews so maybe I just was unlucky with mine but hopefully the company can make it right otherwise I will have one of my fellow league players replace this tip for me. Edit: I ended up removing almost half the tip to correct the issue. Now I use this stick to break and use my McDermott for normal play.
