I've had this winch hook riding on front of my truck for about a year now. Haven't really had much need for it, but finally used it for pulling some fence posts and for dragging a shed a few feet across the yard. It held up with no distortion. There's a little bit of rust on edges of things, but that's nothing unusual for a hunk of metal that's been exposed to all elements and beat up constantly for over a year with zero maintenance done to it. It's a good hook.

I bought this due to the stock winch hook opening was too small and looked like something pulled off a come-a-long. I also like that it comes with a pull strap for the hook.
