My daughter and her friends love to play with this. It’s a huge hit for any of the little kids that come over to play. There are only two things that I’ve had issues with, the claves styled instrument attaches with a screw and bolt, but the screw fell out. I tried to put wood glue in there so I could reattach it, twice, but it wasn’t strong enough. So now it’s just a handheld instrument instead of an attachment. Also I personally like that it can be easily assembled and disassembled for storage and such, however, the little green inserts on the side that stabilize the stand slip in and out a little too easily. It probably would be way better if my daughter wasn’t always flipping it over (heaven help our adorable children). None the less, I think that it’s a wonderful set, and I’m glad I bought it. I hope they keep working to make this little set stronger because it’s so cute! ... show more

Such high quality and it’s real drums! I love you have a life time warranty on it! I did see scratches all over it when receiving but didn’t mind due to it being a toy for my daughter who is young but as a gift to give someone, I would of been upset.

My 4-year old grandson enjoyed the drum so much he wouldn't stop drumming. His parents had to put him outside while his younger sister napped. The drum is colorful and simply attractive.. It is still holding up after 6-days of drumming.

Just got this tonight and we will see how our little guy likes it! I bet he will LOVE it. The screw holes for the wooden tube portion and the cymbal seem not sturdily-made, and seem like perhaps the screw hole female end that you screw the parts into was perhaps installed upside down by the manufacturer, preventing the felt washers from sitting properly. I got this drum for my 14 month old son as part of his Easter basket. He absolutely loves it. My older 8yr old son loves it too. Most of the reviews are for the old version.
