I am overall happy with this artificial plant. I only wish that it had been packed better so the leaves weren't folded and creased. It shipped in high heat weather which may have impressed the creases more. My daughter said 'it looks fake' when she saw it but I think that was only because of the creases. Otherwise I'd say it looks pretty real from a few feet away, although up close there is definitely some plastic look to the upper parts of the stalk - see pic. The leaves are not silk but thin flexible plastic and the veins are wire that can be bent. I'm hoping the creases will come out but unfortunately I just moved and have a whole list of things to aquire including a steamer and iron. So I haven't tried those. I would want to be very careful not to melt the plastic. I may just try a hot steaming cloth. In my pic of the packing job I wanted to show that some of the rocks were glued into the pot and others were loose in the box. Again the adhesive may have deteriorated in the high heat. But just be careful when opening as the little rocks were dispersed throughout the plant leaves. I had to shake the leaves over the box to get the rocks out. I just put them all back in the pot without attempting to glue them in, and they look nice. I do think the white pot looks nice enough, but I think I might put it in a bigger pot anyway to improve the look. There's a lot of plastic here. I imagine my plant outgassed all its VOCs in the heat of transit since there was no odor upon unpacking. But real plants clean the air of toxins instead of outgassing them, so keep that in mind if you are considering a real plant instead. This plant may need to be "aired out" before bringing it inside the house. As far as the size, I would have liked something bigger for more of a statement. It kind of disappears in my corner. But I intend to get a real palm plant that will grow in size and overtake this one eventually. This one is just so I have some size right away. I like it. It definitely adds something to my space! :-)

I don’t have a green thumb so this is perfect for me and I won’t have to worry about watering regularly. It makes my living room more homey. There is a connector for the taller branches, but it so discrete you will not notice it. This picture does not do it justice. The only reason why I took one star is because the base is small. I wish it is bigger. We have carpeted flooring so the base is not very helpful at keeping it standing. Movements on the floor makes it fall. If you have a flat surface for the floor, you will not have a problem with it.

Once the tree arrived, I was able to assemble it and clean up the packaging within minutes. The trunks came pre-installed in the base planter and rocks, and there were two stem-tops to attach. They went easily into the holes on the appropriate trunks but do not seem to snap into place. That is fine; I will just have to remember that if I decide to move it. The tree is clearly artificial when looking at it, but it is nice for ambiance. I figure at least I can't kill this one (although my son says he has faith that I can, regardless). Lol. Overall, I am happy with this tree.

Luckily it is intuitive to put together, no instructions included. There are 3 branches of leaves for you to configure however you want. The leaves and branches give a nice full effect for an accent piece. From a distance the tree looks lifelike, up real close, not so much. I placed mine in a corner behind an end table and lamp, it looks good there. I am disappointed in the pot. It is just plain white and looks too small to accommodate a plant this size, which screams fake to me. More the reason to hide the pot behind a table. Overall, I am pleased with the plant, disappointed in the pot, and feel it is overpriced at 76 dollars at the time of my order.

This plant isn’t very tall so it will fit into a tiny corner or even on top of a small table. It comes in the white planter already but you can re-pot it into something beefier if you want a bigger looking plant. The leaves look realistic and the branches are very sturdy. I would recommend this faux tree.

This is a nice faux plant. I really like to use trees like this when decorating at home or in my office. This is decent quality, on the mid end of the quality scale. I am still working on fixing and positioning thr leaves to make it look more realistic. All these faux plants take a lot of work when they come out of the box. I do like the nice, heavy white planter base that this is in. It has bendable wires in all the leaves. It will do well for my decorating purposes.
