Been looking to get something exactly like this for years now, so when I saw them on sale Black Friday, I jumped at them. I do want to say that the company that sold them was great and I would be happy to do business again with them in the future. In regards to the product itself, there were several leaves that had slices taken out of them. There was some packaging missing (I got two, hence how I knew something wasn't right.) And no matter how I fluffed out the branches (tried rolling them... fanning them out...) nothing looked anything close to the picture. Might try something similar in the future but these just didn't work for me.

I love it it’s beautiful! Some of the leaves were turned up on the ends so I used my steamer to iron them out and it worked perfectly. It came completely put together, just take it from the box and adjust the leaves the way u want and voila! I put it in a new pot and added Spanish moss. Love it!
