I took this helmet on my first ski trip and to be frank, it’s really just a good helmet. Pros: -The magnetic latch system is out of this world in terms of convenience and operational functionality. It’s really nice to just hover the two pieces together instead of trying to lock it while fumbling with your thick gloves. Great for on the go adjustments. -Boa adjusting knob placement: I really like how the knob has clearance around it to account for the gloves. Rubber too, which lets me grip it in weather conditions -the cushioning inside is nice, features adequate ventilation. helmet was dry after a whole day! Cons: -earmuff placement is a bit awkward, the earmuffs angles outwards and at such an angle where it leaves your ears exposed, so I ended up having to wear the helmet over my jacket hoodie because it was too cold -build quality leaves more to be desired, the exterior seems cheap compared to other parts of the helmet. I got this for my husband in sandbech black. I thought it would be more of a matte finish since the only picture showned looks matte however it is veryyyyyyyy shiny black. The picture also shows a brown tint but it is all black. Not sure if husband will like the shine but other than that looks really nice. ... show more

The pink/purple color is gorgeous & it fits so well. Not too heavy & very supportive around the chin & ears without making you feel claustrophobic. The magnet closure is such a bonus I didn’t realize I’d even need/love! Great vent slits for good circulation while wearing ski goggles too.
