This model has white and black frames with a different tinted lens for each frame. I was thinking I need the orange lens which comes on the white frame but the black frame looks better with what I wear so that's what I got. I play the outfield. Looking into the sun didn't faze me. There is no glare. If the ball happens to pass directly in the way of the sun you might lose it for a second but can easily pick out the ball. Get the Prizm field lens if you are an outfielder. This will help when you are batting too and have to look into the sun. Everything is crystal clear. It doesn't seem dark. The only slight down side is they are a bit tight on an average size head, but they won't fall off. Well worth the money, especially if it keeps you from getting hurt. ... show more
