I live in Florida, and as most would guess, sunglasses are a part of my everyday life. Between breaking and losing them, I’m always looking for an extra pair, so when I saw these, I decided to order a pair. Oakley eyewear has left its footprint in the eyewear market for years. They’re known for being an upper level product, and these don’t disappoint. I’ve never had a pair of sunglasses with this shape framed before, so I was a bit concerned about how these would look on me, but to my surprise, this pair gets me complements all of the time. These sunglasses are very lightweight, and they fit my head perfectly. They’re very comfortable to wear. I especially like the nice silicone enhancements at the bridge of the frame, as well as on the bows. Not only does that make them more comfortable, but that also keeps them from slipping off. While they’re lightweight, the construction seems to be quite nice. There’s always the concern, that lightweight means flimsy, but I don’t think that’s the case with these. Some people are sticklers, for wanting polarized lenses. While these are not polarized, they provide exceptional UV protection. They also come with a very nice case, and a cleaning kit, a thoughtful addition. I’m very pleased with these sunglasses. They aesthetically pleasing, and provide excellent protection for my eyes. Some people think it’s a lot to pay, just to have the brand, but I think these are worth it. They will now be my go to sunglasses.

I have several pairs of sunglasses already. Most sport type sunglasses for things like yardwork, target shooting, and driving. I have always used polarized sunglasses but found that it was hard to see my cars screen when backing up because of the polarized lenses. I got these and no more issues seeing the screen. The glasses look really good and feel light and comfortable. The set comes with a nice cleaning kit but I haven't really used it since I only wear these when driving.

These Oakley glass frames look premium at first glance, but unfortunately, they don’t feel that way in hand. The moment you pick them up, the lightweight plastic construction gives off a cheaper vibe than expected, especially for a brand known for durability and performance. While the design is sleek, the injected plastic material doesn’t inspire much confidence in terms of long-term durability or impact resistance. That said, the lenses themselves are excellent. They provide strong sun protection and are paired with soft silicone padding around the nose bridge and ear pieces, which makes them extremely comfortable for extended wear. Oakley clearly designed these with all-day use in mind. However, I’m concerned about their actual toughness. Having used Oakley eyewear during my time in the Marine Corps, I’ve experienced firsthand how rugged and field-ready their products can be. Those older models felt much sturdier—built to withstand harsh environments and rough handling. These, by comparison, feel significantly more fragile. While the lightweight design may enhance comfort and reduce fatigue, it also gives the impression that they could be easily damaged if dropped or bent. One major positive is the inclusion of a quality case and cleaning supplies. I plan to use the case religiously—these won’t be casually perched on top of my head or tossed into a bag without protection. I simply don’t trust the frames to survive an accidental drop. Given the MSRP of $175, I’m not convinced the materials used here justify the price tag. This is based on my past experiences with Oakley products and my expectations for quality at this price point. Lastly, for full transparency, I received this product through the Amazon Vine program. However, my review is completely honest and unbiased—I have no reason to sugarcoat my impressions.

The sunglasses look cool and the lenses are decent quality. Fit is okay but I found them a bit heavy for all-day wear. The cleaning kit is useful though. Good pair if you want Oakley style without breaking the bank.

For the price, I expected a higher level of quality and finish. The sunglasses look decent but feel lighter and less durable than other Oakleys I’ve owned. The included eyewear kit is basic and doesn’t add much value. Not terrible, but definitely underwhelming for the cost.
