This is not the O’Brien tube I thought I was getting. The diameter of the donut ring is much larger than expected, and doesn’t fit well in the harness. It actually pinches up on the inner diameter and is more of a square shape than round. So, the thickness is too high and overall diameter too small. Overall the rider sits too high and makes for a top heavy experience.

Not sure about this yet it seems made okay but not great not fond of the shell it seems it'll lack durability. I didn't fill out Stars for durability because we just got it.

Great tube, some didn't like it because it's smaller than our other tube. I like it myself because of its size. Much faster and easier to move weight around on for more extreme riding. Depends on skill level I suppose, but it's a well built tube.

Just got it, pumped it up, and it stays inflated, so that's a start! Outer is not a snug fit like our other tubes, but instead is a little baggy, while this differs from any other tube we have had, I am not sure it will affect performance. My main issue is with the fill system, this item incorporates the O'Brian lightning valve NOT a Boston valve as indicated in the description, after a quick trip to the boat shop, problem solved, but it did mean spending more money on a fix. You can also buy a suitable pump on Amazon. The shop assistant raved about the lightning valve, reckons they fill twice as fast, which I have to agree with. Will see how it goes on the water this weekend.

You can not go wrong with Le Tube. Used them for years when the kids were five and now they are adults...and they are the most fun on any speed, water, age or fun condition you want for you and you family! We tried adding to the collection with newer stuff and Le Tube is the one that ends up in the water every time every year.

To start with I've always been frustrated with Obrien tubes since I can't seem to find replacement inner-tubes - the vinyl cover is fine but after a year or two the inner-tube wears out or breaks - from what I can tell Obrien forces you to buy an entirely new unit and pay for the vinyl cover - please someone tell me I'm wrong and I'll be happy to change my perspective? I ordered this 56" LeTube to take the inner-tube out and put it in the 56" LeTube Deluxe (which has a complete vinyl cover vs. partial on the standard LeTube) - I found out the hard way that the 56" standard LeTube is not the same size as the 56" LeTube Deluxe (again only advertised as different in amount of vinyl covering). In addition, the new tube arrived with some new "Lightning" valve vs. the tried and true Boston valve that has been a stable for a long-time - none of my inflators even come close to fitting their new Lightning valve - I guess they trying to get you to but more items from them.

Pretty nice tube. The unfortunate thing is the new style cap. It is difficult to fill and to screw on. The old style two part cap was much better. Haven.t used it much to see if it holds up yet.

Good durable tube but the tube is not fully wrapped in the fabric material. If you are laying on your stomach this will not affect your ride but if sit in it with your behind in the bottom instead it will rub your back raw. I ended up putting a t-shirt on or I stuff a towel between me and the tube. In my younger years it was easy to ride on my stomach but now I prefer to just sit in it. We have the same exact tube from the same exact company that we bought from a local place but the only difference is that the fabric completely wraps the tube and we love it. I returned it after one weekend of use with the family and got a full refund which was nice on Amazon's part.
