    • Difficult to inflate!
The trainer worked great. Filling it with air however was a pain in the a$$! The new special valve was hard to use and almost impossible for an adult to use. I would never have bought it if I knew how hard blowing it up was! We will not deflate till the end of summer.

    • Tricky to pull behind a boat
This tube is easy for the kids to use in the pool. It is a bit more tricky pulling it behind a boat. The rope has to be held by a person riding in the boat. The tube also pulled down in front, thus scaring the kids. I believe this problem may have been partly user error and partly a problem with the tube. It is a neat gadget. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Our 3 year old loves this and popped right up in it. Great way to get her comfortable on the water by herself and standing up. She’s not quite ready for traditional skis but is over just tubing, she wants to be “big” like mommy and daddy and this lets her try it.

I purchased this one to replace my old O'Brien that was falling apart after being used by 2 different families. Why is it that we can't attach this to the boat? The other one we had was the same concept but didn't warn about attaching to a boat. Also, this one submarines a lot. We took it out for the first time yesterday and using any reasonable speed, it submarined and scared my daughter. ... show more

    • After using two different brands, pass on the O’Brien trainer.
Purchased this after using friends Airhead EZ Ski. Thought it was the same but it’s not. This has an inflatable floor with fabric “bindings”. The floor makes it unstable. The seat is a little too tall and the sides are taller which makes getting back on the ski a challenge. It has one two point right off the nose without any points being more from the bottom it causes the ski to nose dive unless the kids lean back. Starting and stopping causes the ski to submarine. My 4 year old can climb back on the Airhead, can stand and ride without holding on to the handle (practicing for wake surfing :) and it doesn’t submarine. Buy the Airhead EZ Ski. Better product and easier for the little ones. ... show more
