This product worked great! I am a avid surfer and I have a protruding left side rib. When I surf it is uncomfortable when I lie down on the board. This product has helped alleviate the pain. Stayed on well,didn’t move as much I Had previously assumed. Definitely recommend!

simply doesn't do the job. 5mm padding isnt enough. As a woman I got S and it was extremely small, so that I couldn't put the thin sin all around my torso - which would have given me 2mm additional padding. but that only works for a child. I got the Heeru Ribguard (not on Amazon) recently and this one has actually helped me reduce/eliminate my rib pain. I wore this over a shirt and it failed to stay in position. When I wore it directly on my skin it stayed up and protected my ribs. I wold highly recommend this.

Fractured a rib 6 weeks before a surf trip to Nicaragua and this thing saved me. My rib was still sensitive but the rib guard helped me push through 6 hrs of surfing a day and protected me on some bad wipeouts.

This is a $15 item. Period. It is sized for a teenager. To charge $35, it needs to be twice as thick and twice as wide. I am 6' 4" 190 pounds and this simply does not do the trick.
