    • LCD Screen and CAM Software Not Working... On 2 different units!

So extremely disappointed! I thought this liquid cooler would be so cool to add to my brand new build with the Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite AX, Ryzen 9 7900 X3D CPU and window 11 Pro 64 bit. But just to find out the 1st unit I got worked for a day, then after it's own CAM update, no more screen or fans working. Fan had to be plugged directly to the motherboard! Spent a day to figure out what it was I might have done wrong, and nothing, had a friend who builds custom PC's for a living look at it, everything was plugged correctly. Said the unit was more than likely defective! Called customer service for replacement, they were helpful on that and agreed to have me do a return, but have to wait until they receive the unit to refund me my money! Been five days since I shipped it out and no refund yet! In the mean time, I bought a 2nd one, get it next day, install it, same problem, found online somewhere that apparently, these units' CAM software is not supported with Windows 11 Build 23H2, but could work with the Beta Version of the cam software! Well after spend again a full day with this 2nd unit, clearing memory, uninstalling the software, resetting the USB Drivers, etc., whatever was written on their own website to fix the "No NZXT devices were found" error, got it to work again for 1 day!!! That was it, turn my PC on tonight, CAM Software asked "OK for CAM to make changes to the PC?" question. I clicked yes! Computer shuts down! Doesn't come back on, Had to reset 4 or 5 times! Finally back on, and guess what, Same damn error again! "No NZXT devices were found" and no more screen, Fans don't work, etc. So over it! Now I'm gonna have to send this one back too, disassemble my PC again, order a DIFFERENT brand cooler, and start over again! So frustrating and annoying! And no one from NZXT to give any kind of good help! I have and order model Z63 in and other PC and thought this would be much better and fun due to the LCD Screen, and what a hell of a time and waste of time with this! NZXT needs to up their game and fix these software problems! ASAP! Think twice before buying this! ... show more

The fans connect via USB instead of the sane way of a PWM connector and require the proprietary software to adjust speed. I hate that and will be replacing that part asap. Otherwise pretty solid unit and lovely easy to program LCD screen. My case doesn't have the BEST airflow and I'm averaging 29-50° depending on load. Haven't gotten above 55° even with demanding AAA games If you’re up to using different fans, do recommend ... show more

Tried going through NZXT Customer Service but they were useless since I purchased through Amazon. Cooler works perfectly fine but LCD Display is not being recognized by CAM so I can’t add a GIF or customize anything. Tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling and troubleshooting but nothing works. Everything else works for my motherboard I even tried a splitter but got nowhere all the same result. I believe it’s just a bad cable.. so I have to return and replace it with another one. ... show more
