The quality of this luggage is second to none and the comments and questions from other travellers asking who makes it has been surprising as it does attract a lot of attention. Folks are completely surprised when I tell them how affordable the luggage set was. The luggage pieces all come with a transparent cover to protect the exterior during transport and based on how airline baggage handlers have been destroying my past luggage in the first trip where the luggage looks years old upon arrival at the carousel, this set has been well maintained due to the covers and they have provided an extra sense of security even though the TSA combo lock works extremely well. Baggage handlers somehow destroyed one of the wheels on my largest bag, but customer service has been super responsive and is sending me a replacement wheel with instructions and the rivets along with a new transparent cover to repair my suitcase back to its original condition. I'm looking to order another large 28" matching bag along with a completely new luggage set for my wife for an up and coming trip. I couldn't be more pleased with this product in terms of the quality, the price or the support from their customer service department. A great Christmas gift if you're looking for some ideas. I would give this luggage 5 stars but took off 2 stars for the fact that the locks broke after one use of TSA opening them and no replacement covers. I ordered the pink set in July 2022 and have taken it on at least 10 vacations and it has held up wonderfully. The plastic covers have kept my luggage clean from dirt and scratches but the airport ripped one of my covers my last trip and they do not sell replacement covers separately. Which is a huge disappointment since the luggage is a little smaller than most standard size making it difficult to replace the cover. Clearly the covers are available since they include them with purchase so please start selling them separately as my luggage will be dirty in one trip being light pink without a cover. Update: the seller contacted me and offered to ship me a replacement cover. Even though the locks are not the best I changed my review to 5 stars for the follow through on my issue. A+ on customer service.

So after a trip to Europe this is how my bags came out. Regardless of how baggage is handled (and we all know that it can be rough) the luggage is too expensive to be cheap. They are perfect if you don't travel a ton and want to stand out. Absolutely loved the look of the set and they are just super original and cute so I wasn't thrilled that the large suitcase was torn with a metal screw coming out the side. However, I was reached out to by NZBZ customer service immediately and they have been awesome about resolving the issue in a way that worked for me.

THIS LUGGAGE SET HAS CAPTURED MANY AN EYE AND POSITIVE COMMENTS THROUGHOUT SEVERAL AIRPORTS IN USA, CANADA AND AUSTRALIA. I GET STOPPED AND ASKED WHERE DID I GET THE BAG, THEY WANT ONE TOO. I HAVE THE BLUE ONE. WHAT ALL SAY IS HOW THEY LOVE THE PLASTIC COVER AND WHAT A GREAT IDEA. THE BAG ROLLS WITH EASE AND THE SMALL BAG IS JUST AWESOME. IT DOUBLES UP AS A LAP TABLE, I LEAN ON WHEN IN FLIGHTS WHEN TIRED OF THE LONG FLIGHT. IT FITS UNDER THE SEAT IN FRONT WELL. IT ACTS AS A TABLE TO PUT THE LAP TOP ON AND IT DOUBLES UP AS A HANDBAG AS I TRAVEL. I DO NOT THINK ANYONE WOULD BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS LUGGAGE TRAVEL SET. I have not traveled with these suitcases yet- but I do intend to soon, and will update my review if anything changes! Everything is as expected- the largest suitcase did arrive with a dent but I am sure that's because of am zon. The straps attach with snaps- the buckles work but they are just there for looks. The interiors are very nice and the compartments all look secure and as pictured. Both of the rolling suitcases have clear plastic covers, that I would use if I were checking them for flight. They are a bit hard to take on and off but I think that's part of the idea, they are supposed to protect the luggage in transit. I intend to put travel stickers from the places I go on them, and the dust covers will help protect the stickers too. They do feel strong- the shell is not as hard as a real vintage suitcase, but this makes them very very light weight and easy to maneuver. I look forward to these suitcases being in my life for a long time and going on many journeys with me!
