Update: I felt a need to redeem myself. Changing this review! This has become a favorite (I use espresso) After working with it again, I love it. It actually stays on well, and I can overline a bit and it looks great. I am 57, and this stuff is creamy. It doesn't skip or crumble up in lines, and the color actually looks great with the darker nudes I wear. I use this a lot, even prefer it over my Charlotte Tilbury liner, which feels drier to me. What can I say, sometimes it takes me a second to get on board. It's a good one. I purchased Espresso because I have the mechanical NYX liner Sand Beige, which I love, but I wanted a darker shade and that particular kind didn't have a color to suit me. So I tried the pencil. Beautiful color--goes on nice, too. But when I checked my lips an hour after application, I could hardly see the liner. It just disappeared and faded into my lipstick. Not the look I wanted. It was under 5.00, so I don't feel too bad, but I wouldn't recommend unless you like your liner to disappear. :(

This pencil comes in many pretty shades. It is easy to use even though it is a bit dry. This probably helps it stay on better so that could be a plus as well. I just use a little bit of lip balm with it to even out the dryness. Also, it stays on for a good while without reapplying. There is no bad taste or smell to this product and that means a lot to me! Price is right so I am going to purchase this in more colors. Thank you Amazon!!

I got two colors: peakaboo natural & natural. They’re very similar and both very natural-looking lip colors. These lip pencils glide on nicely (you don’t have to dig them into your skin like some other liners) and they’re easy to sharpen too. I’m a big fan of both colors and I knew they were similar but I couldn’t choose which one I liked better so I’m glad I got both. I rarely wear makeup and when I do, I like it looking extra natural. These are perfect because they give my lips extra volume without looking like I tried or even put any make up on. They match perfectly with the natural color of my lips and the liner blends seamlessly so there’s no stark line around my mouth. I’m probably going to buy more colors! I was impressed with the quality of these at just $4.
