The texture is too sticky for my liking . And I didn’t notice and plumping . However it definitely held my foundation and blush in place all day long ! 8 hours and it looks pretty good! I wore L’Oréal infallible foundation and also the Milani dewy setting spray. I would use this only for long days of makeup , an event , wedding . Not something I would use everyday. I’ve always struggled with primers. Even if my primer and foundation are both water based, I always struggle with texture issues. It might be my skin type but I’ve always just preferred a light moisturizer under my makeup. I find I can’t do skincare before makeup also because of texture problems. So with this I can only use the primer and foundation. It took a little bit of experimenting but I eventually found an amount of product that works for me.
