I've used this setting spray for years and keep coming back for it. I'm a budget-friendly person when it comes to makeup; I don't wear a lot because I work in healthcare. This spray is great because it helps prevent my makeup from rubbing off under my mask at work. It also dries matte and I prefer no-shine. I layer my setting powder on top which helps keep oil from building up throughout my shift. I don't use more expensive ones to compare this to, but if you're looking for something lower cost this is a great option. One bottle lasts me about 4 months and I use anywhere from 5-7 sprays across my face almost daily. I was in a mostly-outdoor wedding recently and purchased this after going on a hunt for products that would help my makeup last and not melt off my face in the summer heat. This setting spray has a nice, fresh, low perfume smell, which I greatly appreciate, and comes out in an even mist. I used it with some other long lasting products, so it wasn't working alone, but I feel like it did a pretty good job holding up. This is the best finishing spray I’ve tried. After a handful of failed products I was really frustrated. Then I tried this! It works! My makeup lasts all day long! Looks great with a matte finish and I’m so happy. There’s no unpleasant smells or stickiness. You can’t even feel it. Highly recommend.

Well packaged and arrived in great condition, not leaky or anything like that. Setting sprays are hit or miss. I’ve used Catrice, Milani, Maybelline and Physician’s Formula. Out of those, the Physician’s Formula actually did what you’d want a setting spray to do: set your make up look. But, they discontinued the one I used and replaced it with some ‘diamond dust’ stuff that just made me look like I was headed to a cosplay in Pomona. So, I ordered this to give it a try. I’ve had great success with many NYX products. This isn’t one of them. This is a fine spray (that’s good!) but the ‘dewy’ finish never really sets down. I have to be very cognizant of touching my face while using this because it’s actually a bit greasy. I don’t look ‘dewy’ I look oily, and that’s just not at all what I’m going for in a setting spray. I like a dewy finish as I am a bit on the ‘older’ side and matte finishes just emphasize the fine lines under my eyes. But this isn’t dewy. It’s 15-year old pubescent, on the verge of a breakout, shiny! Not a good look, and it doesn’t set my makeup at all. If I wipe my nose, the makeup on my nose is coming off with this stuff. So, try something else. My next experiment involves a South Korean setting spray with a ‘dewy’ finish. We’ll see how that one works. The search continues… ... show more

This setting spray goes on evenly, sets makeup for well over 8 hrs. & is not expensive. For best results, apply all makeup, use the setting spray & let dry. Lightly dust with tinted setting powder, & apply setting spray again. There, you're done.
