I got this in the shade pale, and unlike most other drugstore brand foundations it holds true to the name. It's the perfect neutral toned pale shade, no orange! It has a really nice light weight finish, medium coverage, I use a tinted powder over the top and it looks great and lasts all day. i love this foundation. it applies easily, but it can take a lot of blending out, which isn't really an issue to me. it stays on and it doesn't cake.

Though it’s a decent foundation, the color undertones are weird. I am the lightest shade or need to add white in most complexion makeup products. This one, though was very fair, but instead of the usual clear very light pink or very light yellow, it was very light yellow gray. It’s the color people get right before they die, so if that’s a lewk you love, go for it. Usually a foundation that is a bit too warm or cool still looks good, but this looked awful. It’s more medium coverage with a satin semi matte finish that would flatter many skin types. Though an the coverage is good, it’s not full. It blends well and doesn’t seem to oxidize or crease and it didn’t cause any issues with my sensitive skin. I recommend getting a shade darker than you think you need a d either slightly or armed or cooler. I bought a neutral shade and that may have been the issue. ... show more

Felt like i was rubbing powder on my skin. It was sheer and possibly expired. I dont know what went wrong because the concealer is very full coverage and good. The foundation was patchy and didnt stay on the skin at all.

Alright, as a 20-something year old moving out of really bad acne, believe me when I say I've been through a lot of foundations. For context when using this, I had mild (very pigmented) acne, and still have skin that tends on the dry end. When applying a lot of moisturizer beforehand, this foundation probably lasted a good 8-10 hours, but would feel ready to come off by the end. The coverage was ok, but was fairly sheer, so I needed a few layers (or fewer thicc layers) to cover what I needed covering. It was comfortable enough, but after a while it was time to come off. If you're looking for full coverage, go somewhere else. If you've got clear(er) skin and just want something to lightly touch up, this is your gal! Hope that helps! ... show more

It’s very lightweight, still provides decent coverage. It’s one of the few that actually matches my skin tone, as I am very pale. I always buy the lightest shade, and most of the time it’s too dark or turns me orange. This does not turn me orange and the shade is light enough for my skin tone.

Firstly, this isn't really about the product. I love Nyx makeup, always have. The bottle was full and is my matches my skintone 100%. BUT... didn't expect to open it up with no wrapping, no cap, and it all over the box. There's only stars cos I love the product, packaging pissed me off.
