This brush works great for applying blush and contour!! I don't use it for concealer... but it has a firmness that you can use to pat in and blend which doesn't allow it to disappear on your skin or soak into the brush. Really like it!

Okay, so I had oily skin as an adolescent into adulthood. Now I am left with the aftermath, some shallow acne scars, big pores and my skin will still sometimes get greasy looking in summer. I need a makeup that is long lasting, doesn't get shiny or oxidize--plus looks natural if that is possible. So, NYX Professional Makeup popped up in a list of foundations when I was searching for long lasting makeups. The brand certainly does have a lot of color choices. I have skin with golden undertones too and a lot of makeup lines tend to cater to cooler or more neutral toned skin shades. Voila! I found a perfect shade and it blends well with my skin tone. If I apply some mattifying oil control under the makeup it lasts throughout the day. This makeup is fairly reasonably priced too compared to higher end brands I have used, so it is wallet friendly. I only wish it contained sunscreen (thus the reason for "4" stars), although I do apply sunscreen underneath my makeup. Just realize since it is long lasting it might require some sort of makeup remover prior to cleansing. Yeah, I'll get it again. ... show more

It’s very lightweight, still provides decent coverage. It’s one of the few that actually matches my skin tone, as I am very pale. I always buy the lightest shade, and most of the time it’s too dark or turns me orange. This does not turn me orange and the shade is light enough for my skin tone.
