I'm 45 with normally healthy combination skin but I'm sensitive to many make up brands. The medication I had to take also made my skin irritated. ) This NYX make up felt so good ,CALMED my skin instantly, went on smoothly, and matched my skin tone very well. Being 47, and using this product for the first time ever i just had to stop in the middle of dkimg . Y make up to write this review! I am so amazed on how much the color light ivory matches my skin tone and actually look like natural skin (used moisturizer, liquid primer, then Tarte's cc under eye corrector first). This is the first time ever that i have had fine lines and crepeyness disappear with a foundation. While the foundation is medium coverage, it covers quite well and buildable without cakiness, or lo I looking unnaturally 'dewey'. I will not ever use another foundation, bc this one works so well! I’m in my early 40’s and need something not too heavy or matte. Find those just settle into my fine lines making me look older. I find this to be the best foundation for everyday wear (I’ve tried a lot). Full coverage it is not, but does give great coverage while not feeling dry, heavy or cakey. As someone who has to do a multi-step skin prep before putting on foundations because my skin is super dry, I hate when foundations still cling on to those ugly dry patches. This foundation does not do this as much as the other foundations I have tried does this. I am a deeper toned African-American woman, and this foundation (Cocoa) matched my skin tone beautifully with only a little adjustment needed for discolorations around my lower face. However, this foundation does not hold up against humid Georgia weather but it also did not have me looking like a oil slick. I believe because my skin is naturally dry, as this foundation started to wear down I looked more dewy than oily, so people with oily skin might want to powder more or avoid this radiant foundation. I have freckles and peach undertones , most drug store foundations are way too pick Or yellow and the shades are off. My perfect match and favorite foundation is the Make up for ever HD Ultra invisible Stick foundation in Y325z I purchased the NYX born to glow in … so far I have tired 6.5 Nude and it’s slightly to yellow, but the finish is amazing. I love this foundation so far! I have fairly dry sensitive skin and often foundation cakes on my skin, but this does not! It is thin, it has twice came out of the bottle much more quickly than expected - so be careful! but provides nice coverage. It seems to keep my skin moisturized and has not gotten caked or flaky which is amazing!
