Absolute gamechanger. Car doors are not waterproof and these are a must have imo, unless you want to buy new speakers every 3 years because the old ones deteriorated. Life rule= if you don't buy nice speakers, don't buy them at all, If you don't give them enough power, same thing. If you don't address the extra sound waves bouncing around, then don't complain about the rattle. Build it right the 1st time! I have a pair of AudioControl 6x9 PNW sitting in these bad boys (front), Skar 6.5 coax in the (rear). They absolutely help with directional sound, rattling, and protecting the wire connection, and prevent deterioration. They seemed like they would not fit at 1st, then realized they are just snug. A good amount of snug too. I prefer the open back so I can address rear waves with sound deadening/more foam. Word to the wise, these are not miracle workers for buzzing doors. If you take good sound even halfway serious, take the time to fully sound deaden all doors, use felt tape on connection pieces, use the NVX foam tape for the rim of the speaker, and I put additional foam in between my door panel and this speaker baffle. Long story short, I follow the car audio fabrication plan and it will change your life. It 100% changed my life. I love driving now. people with crazy systems have been in my car and they get confused. "How does it sound so clear?" Its simple. Buy good speakers, address all the sound waves bouncing around in the car, good power, good crossovers or dsp. Go 3-way or 4-way. For my next build I'm doing a mid tier slash budget build on the wife's car for her (I mean, for when we switch cars). This was the 2nd thing I bought even before i bought speakers. Now I'm going to buy the nvx foam for edge of the speakers. Then, main hardware. That should tell you something. I was skeptical at the beginning about NVX. The name isn't as well known. Well, I can tell you now, that I wouldn't hesitate in buying NVX, given that the specs of said items meet my needs. They are definitely building some solid products if you know what to look for. Yes, they make a range of products, but so doesn't every manufacturer now-a-days. I mean, we even see Audiocontrol getting bought up by Stinger. Do your research. Know the numbers. Spend less where you can so you can spend more where you want! Cheers!

These silicone ones work really really good in my door. I’ve tried the ones that are fabric or felt like they don’t work as good. These were easy to use and I’m really pleased with the sound.

The product is nice, I used the foam, i tried using the baffle, but the baffle made it so the speaker didnt sit flush enough with the bracket making it so I couldn't put the door back on. So I took the baffles off and put everything back together pretty smoothly. But I forgot to take the foam out so I dont think I can return it. I was trying to install these on my 2019 colorado, it might fit differently on vehicles with more space or different speakers. The product is definitely good quality and is exactly whats listed but just be wearing of the size of everything.

Honestly, I had my skepticism behind speaker baffles not going to lie....but wow did these impress! First off let me start by saying I got what I payed for, I ordered 2 of these and Each Box came with 2 sets of baffles and insolator pads one for each door so 4x total. I wanted to get the most out of my speakers and also needed some protection because due to rain and also washing my car the copper wires would corrode and break. This covered entire speaker, they fit perfect into the door cavity(Completely unfolded) and rear doors also have somewhat of a baffle as you can tell in picture from factory so they just mesh together perfectly. Apart from that Sound quality...WOW, not even going to lie Mids are just clear and so much more vocal....I wasn't expecting it to make this much of an impact but without touching the EQ or Amps, it got significantly LOUDER. Playing music at the same volume levels as before and I'm just like "Damn" honestly was afraid I was going to blow a speaker because how much louder and clearer it got, very impressed and happy with this purchase, should've done this a LONG time ago. Really wish I wouldve made a Before/After but as I said 😅 I wasnt expecting these results. Really enjoying the quality of my speakers now. 10/10 highly recommend, will be using for future builds.

I got these to help with my new Kicker speakers I bought for my 2018 Subaru Outback (non HK system). I got the 6x9" for the front doors, and 6.75" for the rear. At first, I wasn't sure of these would work with the mounting brackets I got from Crutchfield when I ordered the speakers, but these fit perfectly between their mounts and the speakers! The sound quality was already much better from the speakers themselves, but adding these plus some sound deadening in the doors themselves made such a huge difference in the sound quality! I'm incredibly impressed at how much of a difference these made for my sound... so highly recommend them for anyone looking to improve how their speakers perform! Its an added bonus that the silicone will help protect the speakers from any water getting in as well!

I’d give these 5 stars based on the quality and high end appearance of the product and the retail quality packaging. But they were hard to work with. They didn’t quite fit in the 6x9 holes on my Dodge Ram’s front doors. They were a touch large, which made them scrunch up and then the holes didn’t align. Long story short, they were too large and too deep as they would have been in the way of the window regulator. Probably flexible enough to not be an issue. But I will never know. I was forced to trim them so that they’re now little more than a ring around the outside of the speaker. I will say that even still they made a difference. I think the fact that what still remained after trimming added a silicone rubber gasket between the plastic bracket and the metal door. I credit that and the egg crate foam behind it as being able to effectively reduce distortion from vibration. In my truck’s Infinity audio system, the factory amp only sends bass signals to the 6x9s to try and make up for a lack of an OEM subwoofer. I tried to adjust the EQ to prevent that rattle in the doors, but that wasn’t enough. This is why I wanted to give these silicone rings a try. So while I didn’t have the greatest experience with the install, I am satisfied with the results.

Bought these for my 2013 f150 SuperCab. After replacing the speakers without using the factory spacers the sound wasn’t as good as factory speakers. These made a huge difference, very easy to install.
