I thought this air purifier would be good but there were no replacement filters available when buying it. That would mean that once the filter is done, the unit would be useless. I tried to get new filters several times unsuccessfully. My first review expressed my disappointment. However, Nuwave Customer Support contacted me and asked how they could make this right. I asked for two new filters and they promptly sent them for free. I like a company that is pro- active and wants customers to be satisfied. So now that I have replacement filters, I can wholeheartedly recommend this product. It is very quiet and nice looking as well.

The 2 lowest settings are very quiet and you don’t even notice it’s on. Its higher setting is the loudest and moves the most air. I have had this installed for a month now, filter has lots of dog hair in it from sitting in the second setting.

I like that this is light weight and easy to use. Only one filter included. Disappointed with that it’s not easy to find a spare. First two levels quiet. Third level very noisy but it moves a lot of air. Seems to defuse orders and clean air effectively. I will recommend and plan to purchase a second for a bedroom.

Seems small but works in a large area due to being round and all sides work to purify the air. Quiet and non obtrusive with such quality and high performance that allergens already are reduced.

I bought it and sent it back. You can see dust float right by the intake vents, so it's not cleaning the air. Very disappointed considering that most of the body of the purifier is open vents. That's why I bought it. It blows out air, but it barely removes dust in the air.

I bought a diff one a few weeks before this one and it was so amazing on dust and dog hair that I decided to get one for another room and wanted to try a diff brand. This is just an ok, no frills air filter. It doesn’t do a good enough job for the money AND the low and medium settings do NOT work. I’m returning for these reasons.
