I wanted an accent behind my tv wall and love grasscloth wallpaper. I'm in an apartment so needed something that can be put up and (hopefully) taken down easily. This did the trick! Fast to install because the pattern isn't crazy - took the installer less than an hour, I think (plus, space is small). Certainly, doesn't feel like grasscloth (lacks that dimensional feel) but adds that pop of color and has a grasscloth-like look. I'm pleased! And so far, so good - the wallpaper is still on the wall!

This was easily the quickest revamp, literally took one person 4hrs for wall included removing curtains and replacing. The matt paper is a winner and the dark blue for me really made our room pop. The art for this great job was to peel back an arm length of paper and place it with a little overhang to the ceiling. I used a small electronic light beam level to ensure placed straight then an old towel to run over paper to press it down. Once you reach next section, pull backing another arm’s length, use towel or cloth to run over it pressing to wall. Its wise to overlay the paper 1/2 inch as if you match it edge to edge it can slight shrink back and leave a gap. Once you reached the board at the bottom use fingers to press into top edge of board. Use stanley knife to cut excess at bottom and excess at top. Finally i cut a strip of double edge tape, peel back section of paper near the ceiling and run the tape near the top, replacing paper back into position. You are guaranteed an excellent finish and paper will not come down. The blue does stain fingers but easily washes off and there is a little odour but that goes within a few days. We did the two walls opposite each other so room is not dark - the finish is like a chic hotel

I've used quite a few peel and stick papers before and have never experienced one so low quality. I have perfectly smooth walls, but the paper could not hold. It bubbled significantly as soon as I hung it, no matter how much I smoothed it. Within a couple hours, all sheets were on the floor . So disappointing! Unfortunately I bought six rolls but didn't get around to opening and hanging them until about eight months later so I'm outside the return window.

I think I purchased every faux grasscloth on Amazon for my living room. I ended up going with this product in Whisper Blue as the other colors didn’t match. The other colors are lovely, but slightly darker than how they showed on my screen and the texture and weight make it hard to tell it’s not real grasscloth. I hope they will keep making more colors! Hanging it was not difficult, the pattern is forgiving and doesn’t have to be lined up exactly, though it does have a repeat like regular wallpaper (unlike real grasscloth ) so you can line it up if you want to; it doesn’t stick to itself like cheaper brands. BUT it’s REALLY important to wash your walls and your hands before hanging. I washed my walls, applied it, it started falling, I pulled it down, washed the walls a second time and trimmed the ends where I’d touched it, then re-hung it and it’s stayed up beautifully since.

I love the paper print and color, but I have warnings and tips. 1. It does not seem to have a design that can be lined up, but it is more obvious where the seem is because of the random print. If you are OCD and need things perfectly lined up, it will bother you. 2. Temperature makes a big difference when wrapping around a corner. It’s really cold here. The paper is much more pliable when the room is warmed up. The instructions tell you to acclimate the paper by storing it in the room ahead of time, but just know to put a space heater in cold rooms before you work on it. 3. The videos on YouTube make this look easy, but I started with the wall behind my toilet. I suggest you be alone when installing in tight quarters. My family came home and wanted to talk right when I was wrestling this stuff behind the toilet. Let’s just say I was not in the mood for talking. 4. My husband fixed an area I had a hard time with by warming it up with a hair dryer. 5. Not finished but I think I will like the room when done.

Only giving four stars because it looks amazing but it smells like armpits like rotten onions. I’m guessing the adhesive? Hoping that will go away in time for now the door is staying open and keeping the room ventilated. Installing was pretty easy but matching the seams was hard. I applied from left to right as it was easier for me and less cuts. I did two rows and over lapped a little to help the seam blend better. My walls are textured, so it bubbled some, but I used a flat plastic cake smoother that I had on hand, and once I added the wooden border on top, there was no issue. Definitely have a second hand for helping when applying if possible. I took off the backing a hands length at a time and smoothed it down in the direction I was applying. Made it go on with no hassle.

I put this wallpaper on a bookcase and it looks fantastic. The color is perfect and it looks very much like real grass cloth. It was easy to put up, but I did have some problems with adhesion. The morning after installing it some very large bubbles appeared. I pulled that section up and sprayed some spray adhesive. It solved the problem.
