They didn't send instructions, so I almost sent it back because the rake didn't snap together with the handle. Luckily a review said the same thing, and they sent a picture, so I realized you have to twist the green cone shaped connection closest to the rake to telescope it down and elongate the handle which allows you to snap it together. This rake is the rake for artificial grass. Wish I had bought it 2 years ago. Short sweeps work best and the leaf clean up is a breeze from what I used to do. If this broke today, I'd buy another today.

It's a little to short for me, I'm 5' 9" and an adtl pole would have been nice. I use this for my outdoor sitting area it gets the bigger items like leaves but unable to grasp smaller items that fall, but otherwise does the job

    • Handle has screws sticking out
The handle comes in three pieces and uses screws to hold it together. The screws stick out preventing a person from sliding their hand up and down when using it. Not a trouble free experience.

    • I was surprised
I was surprised at its sturdiness. The pole handle comes in two parts is metal and screw into each other that is supported with a handle. Very light and easy to assemble.
