TL;DR: these are pretty great and incredibly convenient. I'd recommend giving them a shot! I ordered these after discovering another brand of effervescent electrolyte tablets-- their flavor was awesome and I loved the convenience of a fizzy tablet, but they cost twice as much as these (the only way I could justify getting them in the first place was finding them at a significant discount.) Though a far cry from athletic, I've found I benefit from electrolyte supplements (most notably with mental clarity and energy level) and I really wanted an easy way to get extra electrolytes in a way that my novelty-seeking brain will actually remember to include in a routine, which means flavor is important-- I've tried flavorless drops and I don't remember to use them on a regular basis because it's not an enjoyable thing for me. I need flavor! When I found these, I was half-expecting to find the flavors disappointing in comparison with the other brand, but I figured I'd give them a shot and just chug them if needed. I got the 6-flavor variety pack to see which flavors were most 'tolerable,' and when I received them I was disappointed to find that the box seal had been removed and there were only 4 flavors in it (two had duplicates.) I contacted customer service and the Amazon rep ordered a replacement and told me I didn't have to return the 'oops.' Having not tried them yet, now I was REALLY hoping I'd find at least one of the flavors tolerable (as I'd now have a large supply of them, heh!) To my delighted surprise, I enjoy these just as much as I liked the more expensive brand. So far I've tried the two flavors I received duplicates of (fruit punch and lemon lime,) and I enjoy both-- of all the flavors, lemon lime was the one I anticipated being the worst as I don't usually like it anyway, but it's actually pretty good! They do taste like electrolyte supplement drinks-- not downright salty, but certainly a purposeful drink instead of a purely pleasureful one. That said, I think they're pretty great. I appreciate the bottles, too; I can easily take them along with me and the tablets come out without a struggle (but they also don't all come tumpling out at once.) They are larger tablets, both diameter- and thickness-wise, so keep in mind you'll not be able to just plunk one into a disposable water bottle without breaking it into pieces first. For a wider bottle or a glass/tumbler though, they drop straight in and dissolve pretty quickly. Based on the flavors I've tried so far, I definitely anticipate keeping my subscription to the variety pack (instead of picking a flavor I find 'most tolerable' as I originally thought I might have to) and dont think I'll have any issue remembering to drink them routinely, as I enjoy them! ... show more

Great for recovery after running! I can tell that these help my hydration and they taste great! Sometimes they take a while to dissolve and you have to make sure to wait and then mix well otherwise the flavor does not disperse well.

I pop one of these in a container of water when my husband is working outside in the hot NC sun. He quickly feels rehydrated and his energy is restored. They taste good, dissolve within 3-4 minutes, and are convenient to carry in my bag.

I’ve been using the Nuun Sport Electrolyte Tablets almost daily, and they’ve become an essential part of my hydration routine. I’ve tried several flavors from Nuun, but this one stands out for two key reasons. First, the flavor is fantastic—refreshing and not overly sweet, making it easy to drink regularly. Second, and most importantly, these tablets break apart easily and dissolve very quickly in water. Compared to other Nuun flavors I’ve tried, which can be tough to break and take longer to dissolve, these are a game-changer for quick prep, especially when I’m filling a water bottle on the go. I like the watermelon flavor a lot. I tried the lemon-lime and found out it didn't agree with me. I'd suggest trying just one bottle of tablets directly from a store first, if you can. Flavors are so specific to a person that what one person likes, another hates. Happy to find these in boxes of 4 on Amazon. These are a basic electrolyte with a bare minimum of sugar and no caffeine. They work well for me on heavy workouts and longer runs. The price is right - not as expensive as some other more highly advertised brands. These also work for me when traveling. I break a couple of tablets in half and use half in my water bottle on very long flights. The tablets are a lot easier to pack than powders. Less messy. No TSA issues. Purchased these because they actually have most of the electrolytes needed for hydration unlike other popular sports drinks. The tubes are convenient, allowing me to toss them in my backpack and drop a tablet into my water bottle as needed. The taste is as strong as you want it to be, and the flavors are all pretty good. I prefer a lighter taste, so I'll drop them into a bottle with about 24 oz of water or so. The only downside to them is that the tablets are too large to fit into a standard sized water bottle opening, such as those found on a Dasani or Aquafina bottle. In that case I break them apart on a hard surface and drop the pieces in, which isn't always convenient or sanitary. Not a huge deal for me since I usually have a large mouth bottle or cup with me on most occasions. ... show more

I’m happy with this product and will buy again, but I do want to point a few things out so you know what you’re getting into, lol. I like the convenience of this product, toss a tube in my gym bag and all I have to do is drop a tablet into my shaker cup and bam, electrolytes easily. I also like that each tablet has everything needed for proper hydration with only 1g sugar. The taste is very bland, but that doesn’t bother me much because I don’t care for stuff that is too sweet, like Liquid IV, but it’s a little too bland, I don’t mind adjusting.. (just keep that in mind). Another odd thing is that it seems carbonated. Not hardcore like a soda, but it’s def on the carbonated side. I gave it 4 stars because it’s hella bland and kinda carbonated. lol. Overall, Nuun offers proper hydration with 1g of sugar, so I’ll adapt! ... show more
