This was my second NUU A10 phone purchase. I loved my first one and wanted to replace it with the exact same phone when I cracked the screen. It's easy to use and a good value for its inexpensive price tag. I was excited to open the box and see the identical phone to mine. I had ignored the part of the description that said it was a T mobile phone since it was also advertised and described as "unlocked". Well, I slipped my AT&T SIM into it...and it wouldn't connect to that network, even though it transferred all my apps and settings seamlessly. Got this phone as a backup. Put it on a cheap plan (rhymes with yellow) and have it just in case the main one dies or gets misplaced. It is definitely not a high end phone, and runs a reduced capability version of Android. However, it works well for what I need, so I'm happy.

I bought this just to have an Android device to run off of our WiFi as I have an Apple phone but a game I am playing I wanted to be able to access some Android features. This is absolutely an instance of you get what you pay for. It is very slow and clunky. I think the description probably sets up most users for disappointment. It cannot run even very basic programs and games without a ton of lag. If you are looking for just "something" it's fine. If you're wanting to game or do anything that requires a little bit of speed, keep looking. ... show more

I bought the phone to be my personal phone. It performs VERY well plus it has the capability to use dual SIM cards so a person can have two(2) different phone numbers on the phone. I'd recommend this phone without hesitation.

I've had my original phone for 13yrs my carrier advised me that my phone would no longer be compatible with the network. I like to shop around before getting a new phone and still doing research, This phone is good for a pre-teen or senior it has just enough options that will keep a person who doesn't need all the options of a expensive flagship. 2GB Ram/16GB ROM Internal Memory, The Only issue I've had is it disconnects from my car Bluetooth, and I have to do a reset of the phone. If you have kids, this is a great starter phone-for seniors this is a non-complicated for use.... This will hold me until I make a decision for my flagship that I will have for another 13Yrs... ... show more

One of the lowest cost phones i've found that has a newer OS (Android 10 Go) and supports Wifi a/b/g/n (2.4/5Ghz) which is exactly what I needed. I also like the modest size (~5.8 x 2.6 in.) compared to other massive phones. Battery lasts longer than other phones with moderate use (~2 days) I'm not using it for phone service, but mainly for apps and I've not seen any lags or hiccups with OS/speed. One issue is that it seemed to power off a couple times when I set it down on a hard surface less than 'roughly' (like dropping it from 1-2 inches) but I may be wrong about that as I cannot reproduce it. After I put the case on it has not happened since. I don't use the cameras so cannot comment on picture quality. Good enough phone for my needs. ... show more
