  • For a budget smartphone, this one is the one.
If you're like me, and like saving a few bucks if you need to upgrade or replace your old Android phone, consider this one. I bought this one to replace a BLU G20 Android phone that the battery was not charging very well any longer, so I decided to upgrade. Overall, the phone feels solid, like a premium phone. The camera is OK, but like others said, it struggles in low light situations. The phone has 3 lenses, one in the front acting as a 5MP selfie, and 2 in the back, one 8MP for wide angle photos, and one 16MP for main use. Unlike other budget phones in this price range that has 2 lenses in the back, like my old phone has, only one is actually in use. In this camera, all three are used for what you want to do. In other budget phones with 2 back lenses, the second lens is kind of like the 4th funnel on the Titanic. It doesn't do anything but is there for anesthetics. This phone utilizes both rear lenses. If Internet is your thing, this phone does not use 5G data. It uses the classic 4G-LTE. However, it does have a dual band Wi-Fi controller so you can connect to either the 2.4ghz or 5ghz band so you can use your homes 5G Home Internet to get faster speeds. Battery life is good, it got me through a day and a half already before it needed charging when my battery reached 35%. As for charging itself, it does not allow for quick charging, so keep that in mind when you see the battery getting low. Since this phone is unlocked, it was quite easy to swap my SIM card from the old phone to the new one. This phone will work with practically any carrier that uses T-Mobiles towers. Another thing I liked was how well this phone works with 3-D wallpapers. The quality of the display is very sharp and offers both 60Hz and 90Hz refresh rates. While using 90Hz does drain the battery more than using 60Hz, I keep mine at 90Hz. It does make a difference. Another feature I like is the Extended Ram function. This phone features 6GB of physical RAM plus 6GB of extended RAM (virtual RAM), effectively giving it up to 12GB of RAM for smoother multitasking, especially for a budget phone. This virtual RAM borrows from the 128GB of internal storage, allowing more apps to stay open in the background for better performance. I have mine set to maximum size, and it makes a very big difference in the apps speed when I compare it to my old phone running the same apps. This phone is powered by a 1.6GHz Octa-Core processor and runs Android 15, making it capable for light tasks, streaming, and general use, though not high-end gaming. So, if gaming is your thing, you may want to look elsewhere. Overall, a very solid basic Android phone that looks, feels, and runs like a premium one. ... show more

  • Worth every penny NOT!!!!!
I don't understand the few negative reviews? Well everyone is entitled to their opinion. And a lot say it's good for a beginner's phone? What is a beginner's phone? No such thing. I love this phone! It has great storage and memory. The quality is superb. Now they say it's a basic phone? Seems to be as good as anything out there, or better. UPDATE!!!!! Charging port wears out prematurely. Do not buy!!!!! ... show more

  • Hard to beat in price
For the price, it is hard to beat but here is my full review: The Good Sleek & Modern Design – The N20 doesn’t look like a budget phone. With its slim profile and stylish color options, it feels premium in hand. Big Display – The 6.5” HD+ screen is bright and clear, great for watching videos and scrolling through social media. Expandable Storage – With built-in 64GB storage and microSD support up to 512GB, you won’t run out of space anytime soon. Battery Life – The 5,000mAh battery lasts a full day with moderate use, making it reliable for everyday tasks. The Bad Performance Limitations – While the N20 handles basic apps well, multitasking and heavier apps can cause noticeable slowdowns. It’s fine for casual users, but power users may find it sluggish. No 5G Support – 5G is becoming the norm, the N20 is limited to 4G LTE, runs great but not 5G if that's important to some. Mediocre Camera – This camera gets the basic job done. In low-light conditions, it doesn't perform as well and will require a flash to capture anything worth keeping. If you've been following Nuu like I have, their latest phones are always a strong budget contender, offering amazing performance and design with a large screen, expandable storage, and solid battery life in an attractive package that includes a screen protector, protective case, charging adapter and cable. It’s perfect for casual users, students, or anyone looking for an affordable smartphone that covers the basics well. It's an awesome phone if this is what you are looking for. ... show more

  • Great 4G phone for the price.
Color: Purple
This phone is solid and feels well built. It works well and is an ideal phone for a child. Camera quality and call quality are okay. This phone runs android 15 and does take over-the-air updates. This is not compatible with 5G services but will work with most GSM networks.

  • Excellent phone!
I bought this for my 13yr old child's first phone back in December. Best option because it is unlocked and was less than $100. 1month later she took it outside with friends playing in the snow and lost it in a snow drift. This phone was under at least 9" of snow in below freezing temperatures for 3 weeks until the snow melted and we found it. It still had 9% battery, so I made a call with it from the backyard - it worked and I couldn't believe it! The case on it is the clear one that came with the phone. Brought it in and got it to room temperature, then charged it. 6months later and it still works like nothing ever happened. Highly recommend!!! ... show more

  • Great backup or secondary phone
I purchased the NUU N20 to be a secondary mobile phone - to be used when I wasn't comfortable taking an expensive iPhone to a dodgy destination. I'm very happy with the N20 in this role, and here's why: Attractive styling similar to an iPhone ; Feels solid in the hand, with colored metal body and glass front ; Vanilla copy of Android with no bloatware and nothing "permanent" ; Unlocked for use with any GSM SIM-based carrier (dual SIMs) ; Sufficient memory, both RAM (6GB+6 extension) and app storage (128GB), for normal use ; Fingerprint recognition is convenient when it works ; Battery fine for full-day standby ; Standard USB-C connector for charging ; Supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi ; Standard Google Play Store with all expected apps present ; Compatible with the TextNow app and SIM (really T-Mobile) ; Delivered with free mylar screen protector and plastic outer case Here are a few warnings for the N20: It's not 5G, which is fine for a backup phone but probably not ok for your main one ; It won't work with CDMA carriers such as Verizon ; It doesn't have NFC so no tap-to-pay ; It doesn't support eSIM, just physical SIMs ; Screen is adequate in brightness and sharpness, but inferior to a flagship phone ; Outer camera is mediocre at best, with dark, lifeless, blurred images, especially indoors ; Inner camera is also mediocre ; Free plastic case is ok, but outer camera lenses extend BELOW it, so they're unprotected Summarizing, the N20 is a decent, low-cost secondary phone and is reasonably priced for its features and capabilities. It could be used as a main phone as long as your needs are moderate, but it is not a replacement for a new iPhone or Galaxy. ... show more

  • It's a phone, it functions as a phone, maybe choose a different one.
Color: Purple
I don't often write reviews but here we go: this phone is *fine*. It's a budget phone, it can text and make calls, it works. Would I recommend it? Maybe not. There are Samsung Galaxy phones in A series in the same price range as this phone, or even S series phones for comparable prices used/refurbished. I think any of those would be a far better, longer lasting option than this phone. But some of the positives; this phone comes complete and ready to go out of the box. It comes with a screen protector film already applied, and with it's own clear case. It gets very good battery life, when I go to bed and plug it in to charge at the end of the night after a full day of being out at work, it's usually clocking in at 60%-70% battery remaining. I'm a big fan of the fingerprint scanner being located on the home button, I prefer using biometrics on my phones and having a physical scanner over a touchscreen scanner is a major selling point for me. The negatives; No NFC tap function so no digital wallet or card tapping, the camera is bad, the vibration is like a motorboat with no option to adjust the intensity, I find there to be a lack of options to change things like screen sensitivity, certain keyboard layouts, etc. that I'm accustom to on other phones. Some settings, like the double tap to wake up the screen, just ceased working after a while for seemingly no reason. Which leads into another issue, the screen just stops working at times. I'm not sure if it's memory/processing issue, or if the screen itself just stops functioning, but there will be times where it just...stops. I also find that the internet runs very choppy on this phone and I frequently have to manually go in and reconnect to my known wifi networks that other phones would have done automatically. Trying to run Spotify on this thing is a bit of nightmare... I bought this phone after irreparably damaging my Z Flip 5 and needing a new phone ASAP. I wish I had just sprung for a Galaxy for $20 since I'm already looking at replacing it with an unlocked galaxy. Do I think you should buy this phone? Not if you can help it. When I replace it, I'll keep it as a back up phone in case of emergency but I don't think it has much purpose beyond that. Except maybe if you want to get a phone for your teenager that makes using it just frustrating enough they might put it down for awhile... ... show more

  • They suck! Don’t buy!
This is the worst phone I have ever purchased! I just bought it in Feb 2026 for my Granddaughter and it already cannot be used. It’s unfixable! The screen went black and it won’t turn on. You can’t download an eSIM on to it so it’s hard to get minutes on it to call. I just gave up on that. Plus, if you want a phone case there are about 4 in this entire universe to chose from and they are the ugliest and junkiest ones out there! DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE! I’M STUCK WITH A PHONE THAT CANNOT BE USED & MY GRANDDAUGHTER HAS NO PHONE NOW! It was her birthday present. They are not that cheap to purchase, they should last longer than what they do!! ... show more
