I bought this phone to replace my aging Galaxy A12 which was starting to lag and become unusable. The A23 NUU is garbage. Super slow, some buttons have to pressed twice to engage, the network drops for no reason at all sometimes which means I have to restart the device to get network service back. I tested the network issue by swapping my SIM back to another phone, and the other phone didn't drop my service at all. Restarting the phone sometimes takes upwards of 15 entire minutes. I had no bad experiences with this phone. It functions exactly as stated. For a relatively cheap phone, it has good-quality sound, graphics, battery life, and memory. My only pet peeve with this phone is that it easily awakens by shaking it if it's on. I bought this phone to have more memory to play games. It's a good gamer phone. NOTE: I didn't know this, but you need to insert the phone's battery yourself. It's in the box along with the other phone parts. The instructions tell you how if you don't know. I also had good experience with shipping and handling. No complaints. But I do warn you that you may have to wait 3-5 days after ordering for the phone to ship. Highly recommended! ... show more

For the price, you really can't complain. You get what you paid for. And for a $100 this is really worth it. Runs smoothly, no issues after 2 months. Great refresh rate. Video and image quality is great. Gaming is already once it heats up it tends to lag. Photo quality is great in well lit environments, however once you start to get into low light, it will drop in quality. 7/10 Video camera quality is aaaallllright. 6/10 Battery life is amazing, lasts all day on normal use. If screen is on for extensive use you will notice a fast decline of course. But the system lets you know the average time before battery dies. Which is good. The charger it comes with is extremely fast! Absolutely love the fast charging! Overall great phone for just above $100. Definitely worth it. Beautiful phone, with excellent features, Incredible Price, and unbelievable customer support! Problem #1: It DOES NOT come with the screen protector and TPU case as promised. Though they will send you one each free after you receive the phone, with all the info you will need that is located on a sticker on the box it comes in,and register on their web site. But now you have a brand new phone, but nothing to protect it for up to 10 business days! Problem #2: It DOES come with an almost worthless quick-start guide. After spending just short of an hour between to members of the support team. ( It really is amazing!. Dial the number, It rings twice and a live Human answers and ask how they can help!, No getting jerked around pushing 6-7 different buttons to reach a Human! ). I find out that they have no way to Email a user manual because one DOES NOT exist. there is no such animal. The best they could do is send me a link to a PDF of their completely different X6 Phone which is totally worthless with the B15. It was like buying a new Ford Mustang. And being given a owners manual to a Subaru Forester! It WASN'T the support team's fault. They just didn't have the resources, Because the resources don't exist, even through corporate! If you are 6 or 7 years old. And have the ability to figure out all tech savvy stuff on the planet, like all other 6-7 year olds can do. You most likely don't need a manual. But me being a 65 year old man I DO! Hell. The B15 phone has 5 cameras, The phone I have now has only 2, of which I barely can work one! I like everything especially the price. The phone works just like my previous expensive phone. It's extremely easy to set up, everything I needed transferred from the old phone, new apps download in a quick manner, the camera takes crystal clear photos and the sound quality on the videos are crisp. Has great speed I use my same sim card from my previous phone, so I kept the same number I use Mint for $15 a month for wifi and this phone works great. I love that it has two sim card holders. I went into buying 2 of these phones with the mindset that you get what you pay for. This phone completely didn't meet those expectations. I bought two of these cell phones and have returned one and want to return the other but can't. Phone #1 was for my wife and it was never able to be used. The mobile data option on the phone would not engage so it could only be used while on wifi. Only after buying two SIM cards and a Esim that I realize it was the phone and not the SIM. Phone #2 works but at a snail pace for processing any task. There's a 50/50 chance that the app will close whether it's pre installed or added. The keys don't keep up with typing even after an update. I could fairly state it could have been a 1 time situation but after purchasing two phones I just think this is the quality of the phone being provided by NUU ... show more
