So something to take know is everybody’s body is different as I write this review just keep that in mind. I was told to take by a dermatologist that I saw. I have ocular rosacea and rosacea. This stuff is pretty incredible. I was getting so many compliments on my skin which made me feel really good considering the dire state my skin was in. I’m only 30 but it was so bad. I made my first dermatologist appointment because it came out of nowhere this help heal, the blisters on my nose and face .. Which were really embarrassing, and then I would go out and get compliments and people would say your skin literally glows.. All the good feels. With that being said, she did tell me it would make me sensitive to sunlight.. I went ahead and did the precautions of putting sunscreen on. I’m outside a lot but even when I do not spend a lot of time outside and it’s just walking to my car running errands this right here has happened.. I will attach the photos. It started making me super sensitive, extra sensitive to the sun. It did not matter if I had sunscreen on I would break out and blisters all over my body wherever the sun hit. I would get this weird tingly feeling wherever the sun was touching whether it be my ear eyebrow bone literally anywhere the sun could touch would turn out looking like this.. I know everyone’s body is different and reacts differently, but this was my experience with this stuff. Give it a try I mean maybe it’s just me and my body that reacts like this. I did not take a star off because I feel like it’s just my bodies reaction not the fault of the product.. it did help my eyes tremendously

I take this product to help with a medical condition, on my medical teams advice.I am completely satisfied with this product. I do occasionally get hot flashs, but I've never flushed from this product. I take 1000mg once a day and will continue to take it daily.

I prefer to ingest the niacinamide instead of putting topical and the results has been occurring really fast, my skin is so calm and It doesnt irritate easy as before

Description states flush free but nowhere on the bottles is it stated. I tend to read reviews most of the time and most have the complaint it does cause flushing. I did however buy the Nature Bounty brand also it does not cause flush. I'm sticking with that brand and chalk this one up as money out the window. As to the problem with broken seals and half used bottles, that's poor Amazon customer service, so many are returned that the staff doesn't have the time to check every bottle for damages etc...and it's just put back in stock & re sold.....Terrible !
